PAMEKASAN, (Transmadura.com) -Penyidik Polsek Pademawu, Kecamatan Pamekasan, Jawa Timur, menetapkan tersangka terhadap terlapor (Sahriyah) diduga telah melakukan tindak pidana penganiayaan terhadap ibu Toni warga desa Tanjung, Kecamatan Pademawu. Jum’at (20/8/2022) kemarin.
Pasalnya, Hawiyah ditetapkan tersangka setelah pihak baju coklat ini melakukan tahapan lidik dan sidik dan pemanggilan terhadap pelapor.
Terlapor terancam dijerat pasal 351 KUHP tindak pidana penganiayaan setelah melakukan penyidikan hingga menetapkan tersangka terhadap Hawiyah (terlapor).
“Sudah saya persurat kepada pelapor surat pemberitahuan perkembangan Hasil Penyidikan (SP2HP) di tingkatkan ke sidik dan
sudah pemanggilan ke terlapor,” kata Kanit Pembantu Polsek Pademawu, Bripka Dedes Arie S. Rabu (24/8/2022).
Menurutnya, pihaknya sudah menetapkan terlapor sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan tindak pidana penganianyaan.
Namun, untuk penahanan tersangka, pihaknya tergantung perintah pimpinan (Kapolsek Pademawu). “Untuk masalah penahanan tergantung perintah pimpinan
Kuasa Hukum Ibu Toni Pelapor, Muhammad Nurul Hidayat, SH mengapresiasi kepada penyidik Polsek Pademawu dalam penanganan kasus penganiayaan terhadap kliennya telah bekerja secara profesional.
“Kami apresiasi penyidik bekerja secara baik telah menetapkan tersangka kepada terlapor yang merupakan sebagai tindakan penganiayaan,” ungkapnya.
Sebab, sudah sewajarnya penetapan tersangka, karena bukti bukti sudah valid murni klienya dianiaya oleh terlapor. Sehingga ini akan menjadikan efek jera terhadap yang lain agar tidak melakukan tindakan melawan hukum. “Hukum telah ditegakkan oleh penyidik, artinya kami apresiasi,” ujar Nurul.
Perlu diketahui, Ibu Toni, jadi korban diduga dianiaya oleh ibu Sahriyah, warga Desa Tanjung, Kecamatan Pademawu hingga mengalami luka pada mata kiri dan memar pada leher akibat dicekik.

Awalnya, korban atau pelapor berbincang bincang dengan ibu Suliha bicara masalah selamatan atau hajatan dan utang piutang.
Namun, selang 10 menit datanglah seorang ibu Sahriyah sebagai terlapor menghampiri ibu Toni (korban). tanpa basa basi Sahriyah langsung menampar korban, mencakar yang mengakibatkan luka pada mata kiri dan leher ibu Toni memar.
