Sumenep, (TransMadura.com) – Sidang kasus dugaan laporan pidana pengancaman yang dihadapi kepala Desa Longos, Amir Mas’ud, yang menjalani tahap persidangan di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Sumenep, pertaruhan akan jehilangan marwah supremasi politik kades di Sumenep.

Pasalnya, Kades Longos, Kecamatan Gapura terancam pidana atas laporan pengancaman melalui media elektronik terhadap investor Leo Dominus Parinusa.

“Kalau Kades Longos sampai dipidana, dipastikan seluruh kades akan kehilangan supremasi politik sebagai kepala di masing masing desa,” kata Ketua Komisi I DPRD Sumenep, Darul Hasyim Faht.

Politisi senior PDI Perjuangan ini, membeberkan, kades longos saat ini menjalani persidangan, menunggu respon stabilitas hakim menimbang asas pidana. “Apakah bisa hakim melihat ikhtiar seorang kepala desa memproteksi tanah wilayah dan hak hak tradisional keperdataan warga, lalu dibuat sebanding dengan investor,” ungkapnya.

Pria asal masalembu ini menkaji, kalau persoalan si Kepala Desa melakukan ancaman mungkin bisa saja, namun semua itu cara kita melihat bahasa. “Tapi bukan itu soalnya, tapi dari defakto asas dan norma memenuhi unsur untuk dipidana, itu biar menjadi domain hakim, tapi ini pertaruhan bagi semua kades,” ujarnya.

Sehingga, lanjut Darul, Kepala desa harus taat hukum, agar tidak terjadi blutin dimata publik. “ya Kades harus taat hukum ya agar tidak menjadi topik dimata masyarakat,” tutupnya.

Sebelumnya, lanjutan kasus dugaan pengancaman Kepala Desa (Kades) Longos, Kecamatan Gapura, H. Amir Mas’ud, lewat media eletronik WhatsAAP di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, kembali ditunda.

Pasalnya, penundaan sidang, pantaran saksi ahli hukum pengadilan tidak datang dengan alasan berhalangan sakit. “Sidang ditunda pada rabu mendatang, kejaksaan akan menghadirkan saksi ahlinya,” kata Kuasa Hukum Kades Longos, Hawiyah, Kamis, (2/7/2020) saat di PN kepada sejumlah media.

Menurutnya, upaya dalam kasus ini, Wiwik panggilan akrabnya, optimis punya jurus akan mendatangkan saksi yang akan meringankan. “Kami juga akan menghadirkan saksi yang meringankan perkara yang mengetahui kejadian pendahuluan sebelum terjadinya WA tersebut,” ungkapnya.

Kades dilaporkan oleh Leo Dominus Parinusa, warga yang bertempat tinggal di Jl. KH. Wahid Hasyim Desa Kolor, Kecamatan Kota Sumenep, sebab merasa terancam atas pesan WhatsApp (WA) yang dikirim kepadanya.
