Kajari Baru Bangkalan Diminta Tuntaskan Kasus Korupsi

BANGKALAN, (TransMadura.com) – Puluhan orang yang tergabung dalam Barisan Pemuda Bangkalan (BPB) menadatangi Kantor Kejaksaan Nageri (Kejari) Bangkalan Madura, Jawa Timur, Jum’at, (24/1/20).

Kedatangannya, meminta Kejari baru untuk bertindak tegas terhadap para pelaku korupsi di kota salak tanpa pandang buluh.

“Kedatangan kami hanya ini mendukung kajari yang baru dan memang perlu mendapatkan dukungan dalam melakukan penegakan hukum sebelum terkontaminasi budaya politis di Bangkalan,” kata, Ketua Barisan Pemuda Bangkalan Imam Syafi’i.

Dai mengatakan, selama ini statemen di masyarakat, kasus di tidak sampai tuntas menganggap hilang. “Selama ini statemen masyarakat, cuma Kejari dalam penanganan kasus di kasi anu semua sudah hilang,” katanya.

Imam mengungkapkan, kasus korupsi di Kabupaten Bangkalan menurutnya masih cukup banyak yang belum dinaikkan ke permukaan dengan berbagai alasan hukum.

“Tujuan kami kesini untuk memberikan dukungan, jadi, jangan ada lagi kalimat takut menangkap karena si A orangnya si C, si B dekat dengan si C dan sebagainya,” ungkap Imam.

Selain itu Imam menerangkan, dua kasus yang ditinggalkan oleh Kejari lama mesti segera ditindak lanjuti agar tidak keburu basi. “Kami ingin Bangkalan lebih baik, Kejari harus menajamkan pisau bedah hukumnya keatas,” terangnya.

Sementara itu Kejari Bangkalan Emmanuel Ahmad menyampaikan, pihaknya berjanji tidak akan segan-segan mengungkap kasus hingga ke akarnya.

“Yang terpenting ada alat bukti lengkap, bila ada temuan segera laporkan ke kami,” ucap pria pengganti posisi Badrut Tamam Kejari lama Bangkalan itu.

Menurut Ahmad, dalam proses penegakan hukum setiap kasus yang ingin diungkap tidak boleh bersarkan asumsi.

“Semisal si A melakukan tindak pidana korupsi, bukti laporan harus ada, harus jelas, jangan menggunakan katanya-katanya,” tutupnya.
