Tersangka dibekuk pada Kamis, (13/10/2016) sekitar pukul 20.00 Wib bertempat di depan warung yang terletak di Jalan Adi Poday Desa Kolor Kecamatan Kota.

“Penangkapan berawal saat tersangka menerima titipan pembelian dari para pembeli dengan membawa sobekan kertas yang sudah berisi angka togel HK,” kata Kasubag Humas Polres Sumenep, AKP Hasanudin, Jum’at (14/10/2016).

Selain itu, tersangka yang berprofesi sebagai abang becak ini menggunakan modus lain dengan cara mengatakan langsung angka angka togel yg dibeli lalu diketik ke HP pribadinya. “Setelah itu para pembeli menyerahkan uang pembeliannya kepada tersangka,” sambung Hasan saat menyampaikan rilis diruangannya.

Mantan Kapolsek manding ini menambahkan, selain tersangka, barang bukti yang disita saat penangkapan kini diamankan di Mapolres setempat.

“BB yang berhasil diamanakan berupa Uang tunai sebesar Rp 52.000,-, selembar sobekan kertas berisi angka angka togel dan 1 unit HP merk Nokia 3500C warna Hitam,” sambungnya.

Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya, tersangka dikenakan Pasal 303 KUHP. Ancaman hukumannya maksimal 6 tahun penjara. (Boy/Hy)
