MBKM KKNT UTM 2023 Adakan Inovasi Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat

SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Tim MBKM KKNT Universitas trunojoyo Madura (UTM) kembali memberikan inovasi produk unggulan untuk memberikan potensi yang ada di Desa Bringsang, Kecamatan Gili Genting, Kabupaten Sumenep. Madura, Jawa Timur.

Pasalnya, Kegiatan yang dilakukan Pelatihan pembuatan mie dari sayur dan pembuatan redesign pokak salah minuman khas di kabupaten Sumenep.

Kegiatan tersebut, salah satu upaya untuk melaksanakan program kerja MBKM KKNT UTM 2023, melihat potensi sayuran. dan gula siwalan di desa bringsang.

Rb. Ilman Houliyin, mahasiswa prodi teknologi industri pertanian (TIP), selaku penangggungjawab kegiatan pembuatan mie sayur mengungkapkan, kegiatan itu sebagai upaya meningkatkan inovasi produk lokal, karena banyaknya kedai-kedai mie di daerah gili genting.

“kegiatan ini perlu dilakukan karena memanfaatkan potensi yang ada, pembuatan mie dapat dibuat dari semua jenis sayur hijau seperti, daun kelor, sawi dan bayam” ungkapnya

Terpisah, Eka Nuraisyah, mahasiswa TIP sebagai penanggung jawab pembuatan minuman pokak juga menganggap bahwa produk pokak perlu dilakukan pengemasan dan pelabelan untuk meningkatkan penjualan.

Minuman pokak khas Desa Bringsang terbuat dari gula aren yang banyak diproduksi di Desa Bringsang. Pengemasan pokak dibuat lebih menarik menggunakan botol plastik dan diberi label sehingga tampak seperti minuman kekinian.

“pembuatan redesign pokak dapat meningkatkan minat beli masyarakat dan menjadikan minuman pokak khas Desa Bringsang dikenal lebih luas lagi” ungkapnya.

Tim KKNT diketuai oleh Eka Nuraisyah Prodi Teknologi Industri Pertanian yang beranggotakan sejumlah mahasiswa prodi, yaitu Rb. Ilma Hauliyin, Arla Klisya safitri dan Novita sari.

Beberapa mahasiswa lainnya, dari lintas prodi yaitu, Sri Wahyuni dan Duwi karisma yogi Noviana dari prodi ilmu kelautan dan Firda ristiyanadari prodi sosiologi, mereka dibimbing oleh dosen berbagai program studi, bapak A.B. Chandra, M.Si dan Ibu Indah Wahyuni Abida, S. Pi, M. Si. Prodi manajemen sumber daya perairan, ibu Meria Zakiyah Alfisuma, M. Pd. Dan Ibu Fitriyatus Zakiyah, M. Hum. Dari Prodi sastra inggris, dan bapak Mojiono, S.TP., . Si. dari prodi teknologi Industri pertanian.

Pada kesempatan kegiatan ini, dihadiri 15 orang, pemerintah desa, ketua BUMDES, ibu PKK dan masyarkat desa Bringsang.
Pelaksanaan kegiatan praktek pembuatan produk, peserta sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan, sebab para peserta dapat membawa pulan ilmu yang bermanfaat serta hasil praktek dari pembuatan produk tersebut.
