SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) -Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kabupaten Sumenep menahan pasutri (Pasangan suami istri) asal Gorontalo. Sulawesi.
Pasalnya, korp Adhyaksa ini menahan dua orang pasutri Ini dalam rentetan kasus korupsi pengadaan kapal tongkang dan cepat PT Sumekar Line.
Kedua pasutri itu berinisial HM (66) dan SK (59) ditahan setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan selama dua jam. Mereka dicerca pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan pengadaan kapal oleh Badan Usaha Daerah (BUMD) di kota keris ini.
“HM sebagai Direktur Utama PT Fajar Indah Line dan SK sebagai Komisaris. Mereka sebagai penyedia kapal cepat atau ekspres,” kata Kajari Sumenep Trimo.
Penahanan dilakukan, Kajari menyampaikan sejak Rabu, 14 Juni 2023. Kedua tersangka merupakan Direktur dan Komisaris PT Fajar Indah Line
Hasil pemeriksaan keduanya, menurut Trimo diduga menerima aliran dana pembelian kapal oleh PT Sumekar tahun 2019 sebesar Rp. 2 miliar lebih dari pria berinisial AS dan AZ.
Hingga kasus ini dilakukan penyelidikan dan penyidikan, kapal yang dibeli tidak ada wujudnya dan uang yang telah masuk ke PT Fajar Indah Line tidak dikembalikan.
Sehingga penyidik menyimpulkan terjadi kerugian negara. Keduanya dilakukan penahanan di Rutan Klas IIB Sumenep.
“Uang pembelian kapal sudah diterima atau masuk ke rekening PT Fajar Indah Line yang saat itu transaksinya dilakukan oleh AS yang saat ini sudah menjadi terdakwa. Sementara AZ yang sudah kita lakukan pemanggilan sebanyak dua kali tapi belum hadir,” jelasnya.
Dua pasutri ditahan untuk menghindari melarikan diri atau kabur, dan dengan dasar mempercepat kepastian hukum agar lebih jelas, dan tidak menghilangkan alat bukti.
“Dua tersangka ini oleh penyidik disangkakan Pasal 2 ayat 1 Undang-undang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, Undang-undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999, jo Undang-undang No 20 tahun 2001 dengan ancaman 5 Tahun Penjara” terangnya.
Untuk diketahui, dalam kasus ini Kejari Sumenep telah menetapkan lima tersangka. Diantaranya MS (43) dan AS (45). Sedianya berkas perkara kedua tersangka telah dilimpahkan untuk proses tahap dua. Hanya saja satu tersangka berinisial MS meninggal dunia sehingga penyidikan dihentikan atau SP3. Penetapan tersangka MS dan AS dilakukan pada 25 November 2022, dan dilakukan penahanan pada 25 Januari 2023.
Kemudian Rabu, 14 Juni 2023 Kejari kembali menetapkan dua tersangka. Yakni pasangan suami isteri berinisial HM (66) dan SK (59) selaku Direktur dan Komisaris PT Fajar Indah Linse. Keduanya merupakan warga Provinsi Gorontalo.
Empat tersangka telah dilakukan penahanan dan satu tersangka berinisial AZ selaku mantan Direktur Operasional PT Sumekar belum dilakukan penahanan. AZ dikabarkan mangkir dari Panggilan Kejari.
