SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) -Perhatian Bupati Sumenep, Achmad Fauzi terhadap Guru PPPK (Pegawai Pemerintah Dengan Perjanjian Kerja) patut diacungi jempol. Sebab, dia memiliki kepedulian dan kepekaan terhadap guru yang baru diangkat ini.

Kepedulian itu, salah satunya memperjuangan para guru untuk bisa diangkat PPPK. Di saat banyak Kabupaten lain yang belum melakukan pengangkatan guru. Hal ini dilakukan agar keberadaanya jelas, dan kesejahteraannya pun terjamin.

“Ini penghargaan kami kepada para guru di PPPK, agar jelas nasibnya maka langsung dilakukan pengesahan atau pengangkatan. Sebab, banyak Kabupaten lain yang belum ada pengangkatan. Ini bentuk keberpihakan kami,” kata Achmad Fauzi saat menghadiri Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) Guru PPPK.

Oleh karena itu, sambung dia, kepedulian pemerintah ini harus disambut baik oleh dengan menunjukkan kinerja yang baik. Yakni, komitmen dan konsisten dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagai abdi negara. “Jangan sampai indisipliner atau menyepelekan. tunjukkan kerja yang bagus,” ungkapnya.

Yang terperting, menurut bupati, bekerja dengan sepenuh hati agar bisa memberikan dampak yang baik untuk generasi muda. “Saya titipkan masa depan anak di Sumenep di pundak para guru PPPK ini. Inilah tugas yang sebenarnya,” tuturnya serius.

Selain itu, suami Nia Kurnia ini mengungkapkan, guru memiliki peran juga untuk memajukan pendidikan di Sumenep. Sehingga, dalam bekerja harus mengikuti aturan atau regulasi yang sudah ada. “Amanah yang tidak orang lain punya harus dijaga betul dengan menunjukan pengabdian dan kerja yang bagus,” ucapnya.

Ketua DPC PDI Perjuangan ini menambahkan, para guru hendaknya terus mengasah wawasan, meningkatkan kemampuan dan kompetensi sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman. “Sehingga, bisa sesuai dengan cita-citanya mencerdaskan anak bangsa, dengan mengikuti perkembangan zaman,” ujarnya.
