PAMEKASAN, (Transmadura.com) — Dugaan tindakan kongkalikong atau kesepakatan jahat yang dilakukan oleh Bea Cukai Madura (BCM) dengan pelaku rokok ilegal semakin jelas terbukti. Pasalnya, hingga saat ini BCM belum bergerak.
Pasalnya, BCM terkesan tidak bisa melakukan penindakan tegas dan konkret kepada pengusaha rokok ilegal. Utamanya rokok merek NiCE dan ST yang diketahui sudah lama beredar di tengah-tengah masyarakat Pamekasan. Bahkan beredar hingga ke luar Madura.
Sampai saat ini, dugaan miring yang disematkan kepada BCM ini terus disuarakan oleh berbagai elemen masyarakat di Madura. Baik melalui audiensi hingga aksi demonstrasi.
Namun, suara tersebut dimentahkan BCM. Rokok ilegal merek NiCE dan ST yang ditengarai milik pengusaha berinisial HS itu semakin marak atau leluasa beredar dan diedarkan di berbagai tempat. Hal itu diduga dengan sengaja dibiarkan oleh pihak BCM.
Ketua Alpart Syauqi menyampaikan bahwa, peredaran rokok tak bercukai merek Nice dan ST itu sangatlah mudah untuk didapatkan. Sehingga menurut dia, sangatlah tidak rasional jika pihak BCM tidak dapat menemukan dan membongkarnya.
“Semakin masifnya persoalan rokok ilegal di kabupaten Pamekasan ini dampaknya jelas, hanya akan merugikan masyarakat dan negara. Negara bayar Bea Cukai tapi kerja mereka tidak profesional,” katanya.
“Itu sudah jelas merugikan Negara, dan di saat negera dirugikan maka jelas secara tidak langsung masyarakat juga sangat dirugikan,” imbuh Syauqi.
Dia mengatakan, persoalan keberadaan rokok ilegal semacam itu dianggap dapat meningkatkan serapan tembakau di Madura itu soal lain. “Bahkan dampaknya pun saya rasa belum jelas,” katanya.
“Sebab anatara pertumbuhan produksi rokok dengan kesejahteraan petani masih sangat timpang, buktinya tiap tahun petani masih tetap selalu mengeluh persoalan harga tembakau yang selalu murah dan tidak sesuai harapan,” tegasnya.
Sampai berita ini diturunkan, pihak bea cukai Madura belum bisa memberikan keterangan resmi.
