Oknum Guru P3K di SDN Kalowang IV Gayam “Sering Bolos”

SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Guru P3K (Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja) SDN (Sekolah Dasar Negeri) Kalowang IV Kecamatan Gayam, Pulau Sapudi, Sumenep, Jawa Timur, diduga lalai dalam tugas mengajar di sekolah.

Informasi yang dihimpun oleh media, Guru P3K berinisial AI warga Kecamatan Ambunten, Kabupaten Sumenep disinyalir sering bolos.

Buktinya, dari pengakuan sejumlah Guru, RY inisial mengaku jika AI sering meninggalkan tugasnya di sekolah lantaran pulang kerumahnya di daratan.

Padahal, menurut RY oknum ini sering dapat teguran oleh sejumlah temannya, namun tindakan itu belum berhasil membuatnya sadar akan tanggung jawab pada murid-muridnya di Sekolah, dengan banyak alasan mudik.

Dikatakannya, AI sudah menjadi tenaga pengajar P3K di SDN Kalowang IV sekitar satu tahunan lebih. Namun, tanggung jawabnya menjadi buah perbincangan sejumlah guru honorer di Gayam, lantaran diduga sering bolos mengajar dengan alasan banyak kepentingan di rumahnya.

“Kadang 3 hari masuk mengajar setelah itu pulang, kadang juga hanya seminggu di sekolah, seminggu lagi pulang,”ujarnya, Minggu, (20/02/2022).

Hal itu juga dibenarkan oleh Kepala SDN Kalowang IV, Aminullah menyampaikan, jika disekolahnya memang ada oknum guru yang lalai menjalankan tugasnya.

Pria yang akrab disapa Minul itu mengakui, dirinya sudah kerap menegurnya lantaran hal itu merupakan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pimpinan disekolah.

“Bukan hanya itu saja yang sering tidak masuk, ada banyak lagi disekolah lainnya, coba tanyakan saja sama atasnnya langsung,” ungkapnya.

Selanjutnya, Minul menyampaikan agar ada perhatian khusus untuk menyikapi hal itu, sebab tenaga pengajar yang digaji oleh negara harus memiliki tanggung jawab yang penuh.

“Kasihan sama siswa-siswanya di sekolah, tapi gajinya di ambil,” terang Minul.

“Saya sudah bilang suruh dipanggil ke kantor K3S, kalau disekolah sudah diberi peringatan, tapi bagaimana lagi kalau tidak dipanggil untuk mendapatkan perhatian khusus,”imbuhnya.

Sering bolosnya sejumlah tenaga pengajar P3K di respon oleh Aktivis Kepulauan Sapudi Mas’udi SE.

Ia menyampaikan, bahwa dalam kewenangan ini harus ditindak lanjuti oleh K3S Kecamatan Gayam serta Pengawas Sekolah Kecamatan Gayam. Sebab menurutnya, hal itu harus menjadi evaluasi bersama demi efektivitas sistem pembelajaran demi meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Pulau Sapudi.

“Pengawas sekolah harus bertindak tegas, jangan tebang pilih, sebab uang negara itu dibuat bayar untuk memajukan pendidikan bukan hanya untuk kebutuhan formalitas,” harapnya.

Mas’udi meminta, pihak K3S dan Pengawas untuk segera melakukan evaluasi kinerja guru yang diduga sering bolos mengajar, menurutnya, jika pihak guru P3K sudah menandatangani pakta integritas maka harus menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik tanpa alasan apapun.

“Kami minta Pengawas juga bertindak tegas, segera susur dan panggil guru P3K yang diduga nakal untuk diberikan arahan,”tandasnya

Selanjutnya, Mantan Gubernur BEM IAI Nurul Jadid itu menjelaskan, berdasarkan PP Nomer 49 Tahun 2018, tentang managemen pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja, Pasal 53 ayat 2 point b dan c, kalausulnya jika melakukan pelanggaran disiplin P3K tingkat berat atau tidak memenuhi target kinerja yang telah disepakati sesuai dengan perjanjian kerja, makan dapat disangsi dengan pemutusan hubungan perjanjian kerja.

“Jika diduga benar melanggar disiplin kerja, maka orang yang bersangkutan langsung saja dikembalikan pada peraturan pemerintah tersebut,”pungkasnya.
