Camat Minta Maaf, Viral Sebaran Video “Keco’ Sapena” Hanya Potongan Video

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Beredarnya video di media sosial (medsos) viral sempat menjadi perhatian diunggah yang tersebar melalui WAG, dan FB pada Sabtu (14/8/2021) malam. Pasalnya video yang berdurasi 19 detik itu, Dekor di belakang orang yang diduga Camat Batang-Batang bertuliskan “Rapat Koordinasi Kecamatan Batang-Batang Kabupaten Sumenep”.

Dalam isi video itu, saat melakukan rapat tentang dan menyerukan seluruh kepala desa supaya maksimal dalam upaya vaksinasi kepada masyarakat.

Dalam kutipan video yang tersebar tersebut dengan sebutan, “Keco’ sapena, oreng-oreng setak endha’ evaksin (curi sapi piaraan warga yang tidak mau divaksin, red),” ucapan dalam sebaran yang diduga camat batang batang dengan durasi 19 detik.

Namun, semua itu sontak viral di medsos dan menjadi perbincangan publik dan semua kalangan. Sehingga terkait semua mencoba menghubungi Camat Batang-Batang, Joko Suwarno, mengaku bahwa dalam video itu adalah dirinya.

“video yang tersebar itu hanya merekam sebagian dari rangkaian rapat koordinasi yang berlangsung di Pendopo Kecamatan Batang-Batang,” katanya melalui sambungan telepon genggamnya.

Menurutnya, dalam rekaman video itu yang tersebar itu, sebenarnya hanyalah bentuk guyonan, sebab tingkat vaksinasi di kecamatan itu sangat rendah.

“Sebenarnya itu hanya guyon. Semua itu saya sampaikan mengingat vaksinasi di Kecamatan Batang-Batang masih rendah,” jelas Joko kepada media ini.

Sehingga, alasan yang disampaikan beberapa kepala desa, kata Joko, banyak masyarakat yang enggan untuk divaksin, karena sebagian dari mereka termakan hoax.

“Terkait ‘Perintah Bupati’, l yang dimaksud bukan perintah untuk nyuri sapi warga. Akan tetapi perintah Bupati yang dimaksud dalam pernyataan itu adalah memaksimalkan vaksinasi agar pandemi Covi-19 segera berlalu.

“Hanya saja, diksinya nyambung dengan kata ‘keco’ sapena muntak endha’ evaksin, sehingga wajar yang tidak ikut rapat atau hanya berdasar potongan video itu mengira Bapak Bupati menyuruh para Kades nyuri sapi warga yang menolak divaksin,” paparnya.

Dengan tegas, Camat Joko juga meminta maaf kepada Bupati dan masyarakat Sumenep, apabila guyonannya itu telah membuat resah.

“Saya mohon maaf, sekali lagi tidak ada maksud untuk membuat resah masyarakat,” ujarnya.

Terakhir, Camat Joko meminta pemilik video agar tidak menyebarnya lagi. Sebab, itu merekam kejadian tidak utuh.

“Saya berharap agar video tersebut tidak usah disebar ulang, karena itu tidak menyampaikan secara utuh tentang jalannya rapat koordinasi yang kami ikuti,” pungkasnya.
