NUSANTARA, (TransMadura.com) – Subdit V/Siber Ditreskrimsus Polda Jatim, Selasa (22/6/2021) siang, menggelar konferensi pers tentang penjualan hasil manipulasi dan atau pemalsuan data berupa ijazah melalui media sosial (Medsos) Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG) dan juga Whatshapp (WA).
Kabidhumas Polda Jatim Kombes Pol Gatot Repli Handoko, menyebutkan, kejadian sekitar bulan Mei tahun 2021, dari pengungkapan ini subdit V/siber ditreskrimsus polda jatim mengamankan dua orang tersangka.
“Keduanya melakukan aktifitas Ilegal memalsukan ijazah dan menawarkan pembuatan ijazah palsu di medsos. Dari pengakuan kedua pelaku, hasilnya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi,” kata Kabidhumas Polda Jatim Kombes Pol Gatot Repli Handoko, saat rilis di Bid humas polda jatim, Selasa (22/6/2021) siang.
Sementara itu AKBP Zulham, Wadirreskrimsus polda Jatim menjelaskan, bahwa modusnya sejak akhir tahun 2019, dua pelaku menawarkan di medsos. Ada 9 jenis produk yang dibuat oleh kedua pelaku dengan variasi harga yang berbeda beda.
“Untuk ijazah SD dipatok 500 ribu, SMP 700 ribu, SMA/SMK 800 ribu, ijazah S1 2 juta, ijazah S2 2,5 juta, KTP 300 ribu, KK 300 ribu, akta kelahiran 250 ribu dan sertifikat pelatihan satpam 500 ribu,” jelas AKBP Zulham, Wadirreskrimsus polda jatim.
Kedua pelaku yang berhasil diamankan yakni, MW (32) warga Jalan Kesambi Desa Lajing, Kecamatan Arosbaya Kabupaten Bangkalan Madura dan BP, (26) warga Jalan Kedinding Lor Kelurahan Tanah Kali Kedinding, Kecamatan Kenjeran, Surabaya.
Ditambahkan Zulham, kedua pelaku memang sengaja menawarkan kepada orang – orang yang ingin mendapatkan pekerjaan dengan syarat – syarat tertentu. Ada beberapa orang yang sudah kami periksa, dan saat ini masih kami lacak orang – orang yang menggunakan jasa kedua pelaku.
“Tersangka BP berperan aktif dan dia yang mencetak sedangkan MW juga melakukan mencetak ijazah palsu. Sejak operasional tahun 2019 keduanya sudah mendapatkan keuntungan 86 juta,” pungkasnya.
Sedangkan untuk cara memesan ijazah palsu dari pelaku, korban cukup menelfon tersangka BP dan memesan ijazah. Dan hanya mengirimkan nama juga gelar yang diinginkan dan tidak ada identitas lengkap.
Dari perbuatan kedua tersangka, mereka akan dikenakan Pasal 35 Jo Pasal 51 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik dan atau Pasal 263 Jo Pasal 55 KUHP. Dengan ancaman hukuman 12 tahun penjara.
