Kasus bocah umur 4 tahun, Selfi Nor Indasari, asal Dusun Tamba Agung, Desa Tamba Agung Ares, Kecamatan Ambunten, Sumenep, yang ditemukan tewas cecara misterius di dalam sumur tua terbungkus karung, dapat perhatian tim hukum DPC Peradi RBA Madura Raya.
DPC Peradi RBA Madura Raya memberikan Advokasi dan pendampingan hukum secara cuma-cuma (Pro Bono) kepada ibu korban, yaitu Hamidah.
Tim hukum DPC Peradi Madura Raya, Syafrawi, S.H., Shahibul Arifin, S.H.I., M.H.I. dan Syaiful Bahri, S.H. mendampingi ibu korban, saat dimintai keterangan oleh Kepolisian Sektor (Polsek) Ambunten – Sumenep pada Jum’at (23/4/2021) jam 10.00 Wib sampai selesai.
“Kami tim hukum Peradi Madura Raya, akan bekerja sama dengan pihak kepolisian untuk mengungkap pelaku pembunuhan dan perampasan perhiasan emas milik korban,” kata Ketua Peradi Syafrawi, SH.
Dirinya meyakini pelaku tersebut pembunuhan sadis itu kepada seorang anak anak, tidak hanya seorang diri, melaikan lebih dari satu.
“Atas kejadian ini menimbulkan rasa trauma yang mendalam bagi masyarakat dan selalu ada rasa khawatir akan menimpa pada anak anak mereka,” ungkapnya
Oleh karenanya, dirinya berharap atas pelaku pembunuhan tersebut, agar diberi sanksi hukum yang setimpal karena tindakannya bisa dikategorekan sangat sadis dan kejam. “Kami minta penegak hukum seriusi kasus ini, agar tidak membuat kekhawatiran masyarakat kepada anak anaknya,” harapnya.
Sebelumnya, Bocah umur 4 tahun ditemukan tewas di dalam sumur tua terbungkus sak. Bocah itu, diketahui jenis kelamin perempuan asal Desa Tambak Agung Ares, Kecamatan Ambunten, Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, bernama Selvy Nur Indah Sari.
Mereka ditemukan Pada pukul 12.00 WIB, Rabu (21/04/2021). Saat itu korban dilaporkan
hilang secara misterius oleh pihak keluarga sejak Minggu (18/04/2021) lalu.
Jenazah korban ditemukan saat dicari oleh aparat bersama warga, setelah hilang selama tiga hari.
Jarak sumur tua itu berjarak sekitar 2 sampai 3 kilometer dari rumah korban. Awal peristiwa itu ditemukan, mendapat informasi dari anggota bersama warga menemukan mayat dalam sumur.
Setelah diangkat benar bahwa itu mayat yang dicari.
