Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Sampang, kembali menggelar sidang kasus sengketa tanah milik Supatmi yang di duga diserobot salah satu penguasa.
Kali ini PN menggelar sidang ke 16 dengan tambahan alat bukti dari kedua pihak, yang diwakili oleh masing masing kuasa hukumnya.
Kuasa hukum tergugat satu, Arman S.H. menyerahkan tambahan alat bukti berupa surat perjanjian jual beli.
“Saya menambahkan satu alat bukti surat perjanjian jual beli tertanggal pada 30 september 1960, antara Armina Tijha dengan Sukiman Hartanto, pada tahun 1984 surat tanah dibalik nama dari Armina Tijha, menjadi Sukiman Hartanto,” ungkapnya.
Perlu diketahui, jelasnya, silsilah nama Satrijha itu, adalah orang tua dari penggugat, yakni Supatmi.
“Bukan orang yang berhak atas warisan dari Armina Tijha ” ujarnya
Selain itu, Moch taufiq S.I.Kom, S.H., M.H. Kuasa hukum pihak penggugat menghadirkan barang bukti berupa buku desa asli, yang menunjukkan tentang peralihan kepemilikan dari tahun 1953 sampai sekarang

“Kuasa hukum tergugat satu tidak ada kepentingan bahas soal status ahli waris penggugat , kerena kuasa hukum tergugat satu adalah pihak pembeli dari tergugat dua , kecuali kuasa hukum tergugat dua Sukiman Hartanto selaku penjual yang ia dapat dari Armina Tijha ” pungkasnya.
