SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Berbagai terobosan dilakukan pada Kepemimpinan Dr. KH. A. Busyro Karim dam Achmad Fauzi, di Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur. Salah satunya, duet ini berhasil membuat mall pelayanan publik satu atap.

Mall pelayanan publik ini dibuat dengan menyulap GNI (Gedung Nusantara Indonesia) menjadi pusat pelayanan. Di tempat segala pelayanan yang bersentuhan dengan masyarakat terasedia, sehingga tidak memerlukan datang ke OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah) masing-masing, cukup datang ke mall pelayanan ini.

“Mall pelayanan publik ini bagian dari ikhtiar pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Sehingga, masyarakat lebih efisien dan efektif dalam pengurusan pelayanan,” kata bupati Sumenep, Dr. KH. A. Busyro Karim.

Menurutnya, hanya tinggal berupaya meningkatkan, utamanya konnekting antar instansi pemerintah yang berkepentingan dengan pelayanan publik. “Jadi, semua instansi harus bisa terkonneksi dengan baik. Sehingga, bisa memberikan kesan yang nyaman. Masyarakat hanya tinggal duduk, tinggal menunggu hasilnya,” tuturnya.

Sementara itu, Slamet Riyadi salah satu warga mengaku cukup nyaman dengan adanya mall pelayanan publik. Sebab, pihaknya tidak perlu ribet menuju sejumlah dinas untuk mengurus perizinan. “Sebab, semua dinas sudah ada stand di mall tersebut. Jadi, kami sangat terbantukan,” katanya kepada media ini.

Dia menuturkan, namun hal itu masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan dan dimaksimalkan lagi. Sehingga, akan melahirkan pelayanan yang lebih berkualitas. “Perlu ditingkatkan, misalnya masyarakat tidak perlu menunggu. Jadi, administrasi yang tak begitu rumit bisa langsung dituntaskan hari itu juga, atau jam itu juga,” ungkapnya.

Dia berharap Achmad Fauzi bisa melanjutkan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan tersebut. Sebab, Achmad Fauzi dinilai sudah paham dan mengerti perencanaan dari awal, karena dia merupakan wakil bupati dari Dr. KH. A. Busyro Karim. Maka, dimungkinkan hanya tinggal melanjutkan dan mengembangkan.

“Bapak Achmad Fauzi insya Allah akan bisa meningkatkan keberadaan mall pelayanan publik ini. Sebab, sudah memberikan sinergi sejak awal. Tinggal melanjutkan, tak perlu belajar lagi. Sehingga, pihaknya berharap bisa menang dalam Pilkada ini,” tuturnya.
