Diduga Penyerobot Tanah Milik Nenek Supatmi Seorang Pengusaha?, Ini Ceritanya

SAMPANG, (TransMadura.com) –
Sumpatmi (70), warga Desa Ketapang Barat, Kecamatan Ketapang, Kabupaten Sampang, diduga telah di zolimi tanah miliknya telah diserobot. Pasalnya, tanah miliknya sesuai surat petok desa letter c atas nama dirinya. Namun saat ini tanah seluas 7700 meter persegi, terbit Surat Hak Milik (SHM) sertifikat atas nama H. Fariz terbit pada tahun 2015.

Namun, nenek tua (Supatmi) akhirnya melaporkan oknum yang disinyalir telah menyerobot tanahnya lokasi di dusun Mandireh, Desa Ketapang, yang saat sudah menjalani tahapan persidangan di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) setempat.

Nenek Supatmi mengatakan, bahwa tanah milik dirinya, diduga telah di serobot oleh H Fais, sesuai terbit Surat Hak Milik (SHM) sertifikat atas nama H. Fariz terbit pada tahun 2015.

“Itu memang tanah milik saya, sesuai petok desa atas nama saya,” katanya.

Namun, nenek tua ini, walau kehidupannya sehari sehari hanya menjual bensin eceran hanya ingin membantu suaminya, tetap semangat untuk mendapatkan haknya. “Saya mau mendapatkan keadilan, tentang kasus tanah milik saya itu yang diserobot,” ungkapnya.

Sementara, Mohammad Rijo, Suami nenek Supatmi, menjelaskan permasalahan tanah tersebut, bahwa sudah lama dan menelan biaya yang tidak sedikit.

“Yang membuat saya lebih sakit hati, atas tanah tersebut yang diserobot dan saat ini sudah berdiri mini market dan bengkel serta ruko,” jelasnya.

Bahkan, oknum itu melakukan semua itu tanpa ada rasa bersalah sedikitpun, padahal sudah tau bukan tanah miliknya. “Dia sudah tau, bahwa tanah itu bukan miliknya,” ceritanya, Sambil disampungnya, Supatmi beberapa kali menyeka air matanya Dengan kerudungnya.

Sebelumnya diberitakan, proses perkara sengkata tanah itu, Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Sampang, Madura, Jawa Timur, melakukan cek lokasi peninjauan Setempat (PS) terkait gugatan sengketa tanah seluas 7700 Meter persegi terletak di Dusun Mandire, Desa Ketapang Barat, Kecamatan Ketapang, Kabupaten setempat, Jum’at, (23/10/2020).

Dalam sengketa tanah tersebut, seluas 7700 meter persegi itu, yang saat ini menjalani proses persidangan. Anehnya terbit Surat Hak Milik (SHM) sertifikat atas nama H. Fariz terbit pada tahun 2015.

Padahal, di titik lokasi yang sama tercantum surat petok D dengan nomer persil desa 3518 kelas III atas nama Supatmi atau pengugat.

Berdasarkan Nomer Perkara 09/Pdt.G/2020/PN. sampang yang masuk sejak 6 juli 2020, dalam proses tahapan persidangan, saat ini pihak PN Sampang, melakukan Peninjauan Setempat ( PS ).

Setelah hasil PN ke Lokasi objek sengketa, batas batas tanah tersebut, yakni batas utara Tanah Percaton dan Tanah Pasar Desa. Batas timur Jalan Kampung milik tanah H Ru’din dan Tanah Hilal. Batas selatan Jalan raya Provinsi. Sedangkan batas sebelah barat Jalan raya menuju Pantai.
