SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Penyegelan atau penutupan lahan milik Sukoco Tjahjono, di Desa Longos, Kecamatan Gapura, akhirnya resmi polisikan Kepala Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPM-PTSP) Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur.

Paslanya, setelah melalui proses panjang, laporan dilayangkan secara resmi ke Polres Sumenep, Kamis, 25 Juni 2020, sekira pukul 19.40 Wib. Laporan Polisi Nomor : LP-B/135/VI/RES.1.15./2020/RESKRIM Polres Sumenep.

Sukoco Tjahjono (Pemilik Lahan) melaporkan Kepala DPM-PTSP), Yakni DW Inisial, atas tindakannya menutup lahan dengan memasang papan dari Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Sumenep yang berisikan “obyek usaha tambak udang ini tidak memiliki izin untuk sementara dihentikan segala aktifitasnya”.

“Saya melaporkan DW sebagai Kepala DPMPTSP Sumenep, karena telah menyegel lahan milik saya dengan memasang plang atau papan nama,” tegas Sukoco, kepada sejumlah awak media, Sabtu, 27 Juni 2020.

Dia menyampaikan, lahan miliknya itu belum mengarah pada tambak udang. Sebab, masih berupa lahan kosong dan ditumbuhi rerumputan. Tindakan petugas tersebut dinilai gegabah dan telah mencemarkan nama baiknya.

“Terus terang dengan tindakan ini, nama baik saya tercemar dan dipermalukan. Karena di masyarakat sekitar lokasi, sudah terbentuk opini negatif bahwa saya ini pelanggar hukum,” ungkapnya.

Sukoco juga menerangkan, dengan adanya papan nama tersebut, semua masyarakat yang melintas di depan lahannya akan berpikir jika di dalam sudah ada aktivitas tambak udang. Sedangkan faktanya, belum ada aktivitas apapun.

Perkara yang dilaporkan berdasarkan bukti laporan polisi itu, berkaitan tindak pidana dengan sengaja menuduh melakukan perbuatan yang nyata atau menista, memfitnah dengan tulisan, sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 310 ayat (1) dan (2) atau 311 ayat (1) KUH Pidana.

Untuk diketahui, penutupan lahan oleh tim gabungan dari Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Sumenep, dilakukan pada Senin, 6 April 2020.
