Ia juga menyampaikan, Babinsa merupakan ujung tombak TNI – AD yang dapat menciptakan kondusifitas wilayah.
Dalam melaksanakan pembinaan teritorial di wilayahnya masing-masing Babinsa tentu tidak bisa laksanakan tugas sendiri tanpa adanya dukungan dari komponen masyarakat terutama para tokoh masyarakat.
