Secara terpisah, pihak sahbandar yang nama mintak dirahasiakan, membantah dengan tudingan warga. bahwa dalam penjarahan itu ada keterlibatan pihak sahbandar.
” itu tidak benar lah apa yg di katakan warga, bahwa ada dugaan ikut campur tangan salah satu oknum sahbandar dalam penjarahan besi kapal KM mutiara sentosa.
“saya memang tidak tau kejadiannya mas,, dan bentuk besi yg di ambil juga saya tidak tau, katanya. Senin 24/07/2017.
Ia memaparkan, dalam penjarahan besi bangkai kapal motor mutiara sentosa itu, mendapat informasi dari salah satu pekerja besi. ” justru saya mendapat beberapa informasi dari salah satu perkerja besi itu. bahwa yg mengambil besi itu salah satu warga masakambing dan di suruh oleh salah satu warga Desa kramian, dan pekerja yang mengambil besi itu cuma di kasih upah dua ratus ribuh mas,” jelasnya.
Kapolsek Masalembu Marjito saat dikonfirmasi lewat telepon selulernya mengatakan, memang ada informasi gembok pintu kapal yg sudah di Polisline, rusak. dan Kapolres Sumenep, memerintahkan supaya kasus tersebut diselidiki.
