Reskoba Polda Jatim Tangkap Sekdes Bukabu Dugaan Narkoba

Sekretaris Desa (Sekdes) Bukabu, Kecamatan Ambunten, Sumenep, Abdur Rafik diamankan Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Timur, terkait dugaan kuat berkaitan dengan narkotika

Sekdes Bukabu diamankan oleh reskoba Polda pada kamis 1 juni 2017 lalu saat berada didalam rumahnya sekira Pukul 23.30 WIB.

Hal itu dispaikan Kapolres Sumenep, AKBP H Joseph Ananta Pinora, bahwa saat diamankan kondisi di rumah Sekdes Bukabu lampu dalam keadaan mati. Petugas yang melakukan penggeledahan berjumlah 9 orang. ” salah satu yang diketahui saat penggeledahan oleh Sekdes adalah inisial T, I, dan M,”kata pinora Rabu 7/6/2017.

Sementara mobil yang dikendarai oleh tim dari Polda Jatim ke rumah terduga merk Suzuki Ertiga warna putih.
Sesampainya di rumah Abdur Rafik, Sembilan orang itu langsung melakukan penggeledahan.

Satu orang orang petugas langsung mengambil kopyah yang dipakai terduga dan menemukan satu unit plastic klip kecil yang diduga berisi sabu. Hanya saja Sekdes dengan tegas dan keras tidak mengakui barang tersebut.

Berdasarkan hal itu, petugas langsung menggelandang orang nomor dua di Desa Bukabu ke Direktorat Polda Jatim untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan. ”Petugas bersama terduga sampai di Direktorat pada 2 Juni atau ke esokan hari setelah penangkapan dilakukan,” jelasnya.

Karena berkaitan dengan jabatan di Desa, penyidik meminta agar Kepala Desa Bukabu Safrawi untuk datang ke Direktorat Polda Jatim.

Namun, Safrawi datang ke Direktorat Polda Jatim 2 Juni 2017 sore hari. ”Karena sudah lepas jam kantor, maka disuruh tunggu hingga esok harinya, yakni pada 3 Juni 2017,” ungkapnya.

Sekitar pukul 12.00 Sekdes diserahkan ke Kades Bukabu oleh Polda Jatim dan mereka diperbolehkan pulang, namun disuruh kembali pada Senin 5 Juni lalu. Setelah memenuhi panggilan dan menjalani pemeriksaan, mereka berdua diperbolehkan pulang kembali tanpa diberikan mendik.
”Mereka disuruh kembali lagi pada Senin 12 Juni 2017 pekan depan. Itu berkaitan dengan penindakan,” jelasnya.

Dikatakan, dilihat dari kronologi penangkapan kepemilikan sabu atas nama Abdur Rafik selaku Sekdes Bukabu itu tidak terbukti. Sebab, menuru Pinora apabila terbukti menyimpan narkoba dipastikan dilakukan ditahan.

Sesuai aturan, penangkapan yang dilakukan oleh Polda Jatim tidak dipermasalahkan karena kemungkinan besar sebelum penangkapan tim dari Polda Jatim melakukan observasi. ”Meskipun ditemukan ada plastic kecil, tapi itu kan tidak mungkin berisi narkoba. Kalau terbukti pasti ditahan,” tegasnya. (Asm/hy)
