TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) ke-104 Kodim 0827 tahun 2019 dipusatkan satu titik Kecamatan Batuputih, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur.
Pembangunan kegiatan Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) Angkatan Darat Kodim 0827 Sumenep dalam Kegiatan Pra TMMD ke-104 dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 8 hingga 24 Februari 2019.
Titik sasaran pembangunan dalam kegiatan Pra TMMD dimulai dengan pembangunan Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al Miftah di Dusun Sobi, Desa Larangan Kerta Kecamatan Batuputih dengan luas 16 m x 4 meter.
Selain itu juga dilakukan rehab masjid Nurul Hikmah di Dusun Ba’saba’an, Desa Batuputih Laok, Kecamatan Batuputih dengan luas 14,45 meter x 10,3 meter.
TMMD ke-104 resmi dimulai pada 26 Februari 2019 hingga 27 Maret 2019,. akan dibuka secara serentak se indonesia pada 26 Februari 2019 pada pukul 09.00 Wib.
Pembukaan TMMD Wilayah Kodim 0827 Sumenep akan diawali prosesi upacara yang bakal dilaksanakan di Lapangan Renteng Kecamatan Batuputih. Satgas TMMD ke 104 Kodim 0827 Sumenep akan melibatkan 150 orang prajurit TNI.
Sasaran fisik TMMD ke-104 tahun 2019 berupa pengaspalan jalan di Dusun Ba’saba’an, Desa Batuputih Laok dengan panjang 585 meter dan Lebar 2 meter, Rehab masjid Nurul Hikmah Dsn Ba’saba’an Dusun Batuputih Laok Kec Batuputih dengan luas 14,45 meter x 10,3 meter, pengaspalan jalan di Dusun Manjingan, Desa Larangan Kerta, dengan panjang 925 meter Lebar 2,5 meter.
Selain itu juga pembangunan MCK Madrasah MI Miftahol Ulum, Dusun Manjingan, Desa Larangan Kerta dengan luas 3,15 m x 3,15 m, pembangunan faving Stone halaman MI Miftahol Umul, Dusun Manjingan Desa Larangan Kerta dengan luas 36,5 m x 5,5 m, pembangunan paving Stone jalan Dusun Manjingan Timur, Desa Larangan Kerta dengan luas 87 m x 1,5 m, pembangunan Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al Miftah, Dusun Sobi, Desa Larangan Kerta Kecamatan Batuputih dengan luas 16 m x 4 m, serta pembangunan rumah mesin, panel dan instalasi pompa submersible dan Genset di Ds Larangan Kerta. Air bersih utk 3 dusun (Dsn Cangge Tellok, Manjingan Barat, Manjingan Timur)

Sasaran fisik berupa penyuluhan Kabtibmas, Narkoba & Hukum, penyuluhan Bela Negara & Wasbang, penyuluhan prilaku hidup sehat, penyuluhan Dana Desa, enyuluhan KB dan penyuluhan Sosial Masyarakat.
Sedangkan sasaran tambahan fisik berupa rehab Rumah Tidak Layak Huni milik bapak Asben di Dusun Manjingan Timur, Desa Larangan Kerta, dengan luas 6,7 m x 3 m, pembangunan Drainase di Dusun Manjingan Timur, Desa Larangan Kerta dengan panjang 157 m Lebar 130 cm Kedalaman 30 cm. (Asm/Red)
