Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan (LMDH) Desa Majungan, Kabupaten Pamekasan, melakukan unjuk rasa (Unras) di Polda Jawa Timur, Jum’at (3/8/2018), terkait dua orang petani pemilik sertifikat tanah yang dilaporkan dan ditetapkan jadi tersangka oleh Polres setempat.
Unras dimulai pada pukul 09.00 wib dihalaman Propam Polda Jatim, LMDH Pamekasan bersama Lembaga Anti Korupsi Indonesia (LAKI) bersama anggota.
Pasalnya, terjadinya unras LMDH ke Polda jatim yang didampingi LSM LAKI (Lembaga Anti Korupsi Indonesia) mau menuntut keadilan atas diskriminalisasi 2 orang anggota LMDH yang bernama TARAM dan HUDA dengan ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh Polres Pamekasan.
Penetapan tersangaka oleh penyidik Polres Pamekasan, dinilai tidak benar. pasalnya, 2 orang petani TARAM dan HUDA ini dilaporkan menyerobot lahan pelapor yang bernama H. Syafi’i.
Namun, faktanya 2 orang ini menggarap lahan yang bukan lahan pelapor, akan tetapi, lahan yang digarap terlapor lokasinya jaraknya jauh dari lahan pelapor. “Itupun beda lokasi,” kata ketua DPC Laki Sumenep, Bagus Junaidi bertidak sebagai kuasa mendampingan. Jum’at (3/8/2018).
Oleh sebab itu, karena merasa di kriminalisasi oleh oknum Kasat Reskrim Polres Pamekasan dan penyidik, akhirnya hari ini LMDH menyampaikan aspirasinya ke Polda Jawa Timur.
Sementara, dalam penyampaian aspirasi ini, LMDH maupun LAKI diterima oleh Propam Polda Jatim. “Propam berjanji akan melakukan proses terhadap Kasat Reskrim dan oknum Penyidik serta bila terbukti ada pelanggaran akan ditindak secara tegas,” tandasnya. (Red)
