SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) -Swalayan “Yakini” di Kecamatan Pragaan, Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, dikeluhkan konsumen.
Pasalnya, keluhan konsumen ternyata swalayan tersebut, disinyalir menjual prodak minuman kadaluarsa.
“Malam minggu lalu tangga 12 mei 2024 sekira jam 18:50 wib, saya belanja susu dan obat nyamuk cair di swalayan Yakini,” kata salah satu konsumen, P. Salam, warga kecamatan Pragaan.
Menurut Salam, setelah belanja merk susu Nestle cek barang belanjaan sesampainya dirumahnya ternyata barang sudah kadaluarsa.
“Setelah nyampek rumah susu Nestle saya cek tanggal sudah kalaursa, tanggal kadaluarsa itu 30 April 2024, sekarang kan sudah bulan Mei,” ungkapnya.
Sehingga, pihaknya menyatakan barang sudah tidak layak dikonsumsi, tapi tetap dibiarkan dijual, yang akan berdampak fatal dan bisa keracunan terhadap konsumen yang meminumnya.
Kemudian susu Nestle bren itu setelah saya nyampek di rumah saya cek ternyata sudah kada luarsa itu tanggal 30 bln 4. 2024 sedangkan sekarang ini sudah bulan 5. Itu artinya sudah tidak layak di konsumsi oleh masyarakat apabila tidak di ketahui terus Sampek di minum maka itu berdampak fatal atau keracunan terhadap konsumen yg meminum nya.
Namun, anehnya, dirinya menjelaskan, saat sudah transaksi pembayaran barang dibeli, pihak kasir swalayan tersebut tidak memberikan struk pembelanjaan sebagai bukti. “Struk belanja tidak diberikan,” ujarnya.
Dengan demikian, pihaknya berharap kedepan swalayan itu harus lebih teliti dalam pelayanan menjual barang yang sudah kadaluarsa yang bisa bisa berakibat keracunan terhadap konsumen. “Jangan sampai ada lagi produk kadaluarsa,” tukasnya.
