Transmadura.com, Sumenep –   Dengan wacana pembentukan Kabupaten Kepulauan Sumenep, yang jadi  pro dan kontra warga kepulauan satu dan kepulauan lainnya tentang  penetapan  ibu kota kepulauan Sumenep.

Hal itu dapat tanggapan dari M. Syukri. SH, Anggota DPRD Sumenep asal Kepulauan kangean, masyarakat jangan terjebak dalam persoalan penetapan ibu kota kepulauan, kita dari awal munculnya wacana pemekaran kabupaten Kepulauan bertujuan adanya pemerataan pembangunan, infrastruktur, Peningkatan SDM ekonomi pendidikan, kesehatan dan yang lainnya.

Menurutnya, Kalau provinsi madura harus terwujud, kita harus ada lima kabupaten dan itu sudah di amini Bupati Sumenep. “Kita Perlu adanya kajian khusus menelaah mengkaji hasil kajian gimana,itu persoalan nanti dan masyarakat jangan terjebak isu ibu kotanya dimana, itu nanti di bicarakan, belum saatnya,” kata politisi Partai Persatuan Pembangunan ( PPP) ini. Rabu 19/04/2017.

Ia menambahkan, Kita satukan langkah satukan persepsi satukan kometmen, mari duduk bersama dalam membahas ini.
Kita jangan berbicara itu dulu, “terlalu cepat kalau berbicara penempatan ibukota, sampai saat kan belum di kaji kalau memang bupati serius dalam pemekaran, harus mengkaji dulu, “persoalan penempatan ibu kota itu di mana, di Sumeneppun tidak jadi masalah, preoritas pembangunannya yang kita bicarakan dulu,” pungkasnya.

Terpisah, Hambali Rasidi, salah seorang putra daerah Pulau Sepudi menginginkan penetapan ibu kota Kabupaten Kepulauan tidak diletakkan di Pulau Kangean.

Wacana pembentukan Kabupaten Kepulauan tersebut sudah lama, namun hingga kini belum terwujud lantaran tidak adanya kejelasan letak pusat pemerintahannya.

“Jika ibu kota Kabupatennya di Pulau Kangean, itu merupakan langkah mundur bagi warga kepulauan Sepudi. Masa mau ngurus Administrasi ke Pulau Kangean,” jelasnya, Selasa (18/4/2017.

“Saya kira lebih pas taruh di kepulauan Poteran saja ibu kota Kabupaten Kepulauan,” imbuhnya.

Bahkan menurutnya, warga Sepudi tetap memilih untuk bergabung ke Kabupaten Sumenep.

“Opsi kami adalah memilih tetap tergabung pada Kabupaten Sumenep, ya kalau tetap ngotot ibu kotanya di Kangean, Kabupaten Kepulauan cukup Kangean dan Sapeken saja,” tukasnya.

Sementara Ketua Forum Pemuda Raas (FPR) Suryadi mengatakan, pihaknya menolak jika pusat pemerintahannya diletakkan di Pulau Kangean.

“Masalah infrastruktur dan letak geografis serta transportasi, ini yang jadi pertimbangan kami sebagai masyarakat Raas,” ujarnya.

Menurutnya, FPR mendukung terbentuknya Kabupaten Kepulauan Sumenep. Namun masih banyak PR yang harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu.

“Jika Sepudi, Raas dan Masalembu menolak, maka ini akan jadi PR lagi buat mereka, mau tidak mau harus ada kecamatan yang dipecah, syaratnya kan minimal lima kecamatan,” imbuhnya.

Oleh karena itu, ke depan pihak-pihak yang memprakarsai terbentuknya kabupaten kepulauan harus berkumpul, setidaknya semua tokoh lintas pulau harus dilibatkan.

“Ya, jika visinya sama, maka semua pulau harus dilibatkan, jangan sepihak,” pungkasnya. (Asm/hy)
