Sa’dawi Jayadi SP menjelaskan, bahwa Koramil dan UPT Pertanian di wilayah Kecamatan Rubaru akan melaksanakan dan mensukseskan Program Swasembada Pangan yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan mensejahterakan petani.
Dalam hali ini, Koramil dan UPT bersinergi dan selalu fokus pada penyerapan gabah petani yang nantinya dikirim ke Sub Drive Bulog Madura Kab. Pamekasan.
“Kami tetap melakukan pengiriman walaupun target kami di bulan maret ini sudah terlampaui, dan hari ini kita mengirim gabah lagi ke Bulog sebanyak 42 ton, dengan kadar air 14,5 % dan kebersihan gabah 1,2 %, dengan armada pengangkut menggunakan 5 truk dan sudah diterima.
Dengan demikian menurutnya, kegiatan Sergap ini akan terus dilakukan sampai swasembada pangan benar – benar tercapai. “Kedepan kami mengharapkan kepada semua petani, kelompok tani untuk mau menyetorkan gabah hasil panennya ke Bulog lebih banyak lagi “. Imbuhnya
