SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Dalam upaya menanamkan nasionalisme dan kecintaan terhadap NKRI, Dandim 0827/Sumenep Letkol Czi Donny Pramudya Mahardi, S.E.,M.Si. memberikan pembekalan bela negara kepada 154 siswa-siswi SMP Binar di Aula Makodim. Senin (17/7/2023)
Diungkapkan Dandim, pembekalan wasbang bela negara ini merupakan tanggungjawab setiap individu warga negara dalam menjaga kedaulatan dan keutuhan NKRI.
“Pembekalan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa-siswi tentang pentingnya “Bela Negara” serta agar mencintai negaranya sendiri,” ujarnya.
Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini tambah Dandim, untuk menguatkan tekad dan semangat siswa-siswi SMP Binar makin cinta tanah air, negara dan bangsa dalam kerangka Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI),
“Kita mengajak adek-adek disini agar memiliki rasa kebangsaan, memahami tentang kebangsaan dan memiliki semangat kebangsaan,” jelasnya.
Lanjut Letkol Donny, para generasi muda bangsa ini harus memiliki semangat nasionalisme, patriotisme, dan kewajiban untuk menjaga kedaulatan negara, menjaga keutuhan wilayah NKRI serta menjaga keselamatan bangsa dan seluruh tumpah darah Indonesia.
“Menjaga keutuhan dan kedaulatan negara, bukan hanya TNI, tetapi adek-adek didepan saya ini berhak dan wajib ikut serta dalam upaya pembelaan negara,” urainya.
“Pembekalan ini merupakan salah satu bekal untuk mereka ke depan nanti, dan diharapkan dapat berguna untuk seluruh lapisan masyarakat bahwa betapa pentingnya akan wawasan kebangsaan ini,” tandas Dandim Letkol Czi Donny Pramudya Mahardi.
Usai pembekalan bela negara, selanjutnya siswa-siswi SMP Binar mengikuti serangkaian materi lainnya di antaranya PBB dan Outbond oleh penyaji materi dari staf teritorial Serma Eko.
Dirinya mengatakan kegiatan PBB dan Outbond tersebut untuk menanamkan kedisiplinan dan melatih kekompakan serta jiwa berkompetisi antar siswa.
“Tentunya ini untuk melatih mereka disiplin sejak dini, konsentrasi dalam setiap gerakan serta kompak saat berkompetisi, dengan harapan akan tertanam hingga dewasa nantinya,” harapnya.
