“Penyaluran pembayaran Jaspel dana Kapitasi tanpa ditetapkan terlebih dahulu sebelumnya oleh Bupati,” katanya dalam orasinya.
Selain itu, menurutnya tanpa adanya payung hukum yang jelas pihak BPRS sangat berani melakukan pengelolaan pembayaran Jaspel dana Kapitasi puskesmas.
Pihaknya menduga jika pihak BPRS Bhakti Sumekar melakukan tindak pidana korupsi Jaspel dana Kapitasi.
“Harusnya pengelolaan secara akuntabel yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan kepada bupati, dan utamanya kepada masyarakat Sumenep,” ucapnya.
Dengan tegas, Junaidi mengatakan persoalan tersebut akan dikawal hingga ke Pidsus Pidsus kejaksaan tinggi Jatim.
“Ini akan berlanjut persoalan ini, karena kami menduga ada korupsinya hingga penegak hukum,” tegas Bagus.
