BLT DBHCHT di Desa Gadu Timur Disunat?, Warga Menyoal

SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – BLT (Bantuan Langsung Tunai) DBHCHT (Dana Bagi Hasil Cukai Hasil Tembakau), tahun 2021 untuk masyarakat di Desa Gadu Timur, Kecamatan Ganding, Kabupaten Sumenep, dikeluhkan.

Pasalnya, dana bantuan untuk petani dan buruh sebesar Rp 1,2 juta ada dugaan dipotong Rp 300 ribu per orang.

Hal itu disampaikan inisial W (50) warga setempat mengaku, jika dirinya menerima bantuan langsung tunai DHCHT sebesar Rp 1,2 juta di balai desa.

“Ya saya mengambil uang bantuan di balai desa,” katanya.

Menurutnya, saat itu penerimaan uang bantuan dana bagi hasil cukai hasil tembakau tersebut, diwakilkan kepada H yang juga sebagai penerima, sebab dirinya saat itu tidak bervaksin.

“Penerimaan saya wakilkan, dengan syarat membawa KTP,” ungkapnya.

Pihaknya mengaku sesampainya dirumahnya diminta oleh oknum Kadus dengan alasan untuk disetor. “Disetor kemana saya kurang paham,” ujarnya.

Apakah pemotongan semua penerima?, Pihaknya membenarkan. “Kabarnya semua penerima dipotong Rp 300 ribu,” ngakunya.

Terpisah warga penerima yang lain inisial H (50) juga mengaku hal yang sama, bahwa bantuan itu dipotong usai menerima dari balai desa. “Dipotong setelah sampai dirumah, oleh Kadus, alasannya keburu mau disetor ke timur,” tuturnya dengan serius.

Sementara, Sekretaris Desa (Sekdes) Gadu Timur Hamimah membantah dengan pemotongan dana bantuan DBHCHT, Pihaknya mengaku jika tudingan pemotongan tersebut adalah fitnah. “Tidak benar itu, itu fitnah,” dalihnya melalui telepon selulernya.

Kepala Desa Gadu Timur, Gufron Efendi, enggan berkomentar dengan alasan sibuk. “Nanti saja ya, saya masih ada tamu,” katanya dengan singkat.

Bagian Divisi Fanding Bank BPRS Sumenep, Roy Hendri Kurniawan, mengatakan, data penerima bantuan DBHCHT itu adalah data dari dinas berbasis barkot. Namun setelah itu diserahkan ke dinas untuk melakukan distribusi ke bagian penerima manfaat yang dilakukan oleh dinas dalam hal ini bagian SDA.

“untuk melakukan distribusi ke penerima itu bagian SDA dengan besaran nilai Rp 1,2 juta,” ujarnya.

Dengan begitu, setelah melakukan tahapan proses. Uang bantuan DBCHT langsung masuk ke rekening penerima. ” jadi ketika penerima membawa undangan berbasis barkot plus KTP dan foto Copy untuk dicocokkan di kita. Setelah cocok baru melakukan proses penarikan,” tukasnya.
