Pemberhentian secara tidak hormat dari Dinas Polri terhadap satu anggota bernama Brigadir Bowo Enrik Hendrawan Nrp.79050807 di Lapangan Apel Sanika Satyawada Polres Sumenep Jl. Urip Sumoharjo No.35 Desa Pabian Kec Kota Kab Sumenep, Senin, (19/7/2021).
Humas Polres Sumenep, AKP Widiarti, mengatakan, pemberhentian anggota Polri wilayah polres Sumenep itu, sangsi tidak masuk dinas lama/disersi.
“Tidak masuk dinas lama sampai satu tahun,” katanya.
Sementara, upacara pemberhentian anggota dengan tidak hormat itu dipimpin langsung Kapolres Sumenep AKBP Rahman Wijaya.,S.H.,M.H disaksikan, Wakapolres Sumenep Kompol Palma Fitria Fahlevi.,S.IP.,S.I.K.,M.I.K. Para PJU Polres Sumenep. Para Kapolsek Jajaran. Anggota Polri dan ASN Polres Sumenep.
“Baru saja kita melaksanakan upacara PTDH in absentia terhadap seorang anggota Polri Brigadir Bowo Enrik Hendrawan Nrp. 79050807 Jabatan terakhir BA Polsek Sapudi,” kata Kapolres Sumenep.
Menurutnya, secara resmi yang bersangkutan telah beralih status dari semula anggota Polri di Polres Sumenep kini kembali sebagai anggota masyarakat.
Sehingga, kata Rahman, pemberhentian tidak dengan hormat ( PTDH ) terhadap seorang anggota Polri itu, merupakan penerapan dari PP RI No.1 Tahun 2003 tentang pemberhentian anggota Polri.
“Disisi lain merupakan kebijaksanaan pimpinan dimana yang bersangkutan dinilai tidak layak lagi menjadi anggota Polri, terkait dengan pelanggaran yang dilakukan sangat bertentangan dengan kode etik profesi Polri,” ungkapnya.
Hal tersebut, lanjutnya, juga merupakan suatu upaya untuk mewujudkan program reformasi birokrasi ditubuh Polri, sehingga Polri disegani dan dicintai masyarakat.
“Peristiwa ini seharusnya tidak perlu terjadi, apabila kita selaku anggota Polri Dalam melaksanakan tugas, melaksanakan tugas dengan baik, serta mematuhi Per UU hukum yang ada peristiwa semacam ini sangatlah penting untuk menjadikan perhatian bagi kita semua, untuk tidak terjadi lagi yang kesekian kalinya bagi anggota Polri Polres Sumenep,” tutupnya.
