SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Sidang pembacaan tuntutan oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kasus dugaan pengancaman tindakan kekerasan melalui media eletronik Whatsaap yang dilakukan terdakwah kepala Desa Longos, Kecamatan Gapura, terhadap Leo Dominus Parinusa di Pengadilan Negeri Sumenep, Rabu, (5/8/2020).
Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Harry Achmad Dwi Maryono, membacakan tuntutan, kasus undang undang ITE (Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik) bahwa terdakwah H. Amir Mas’ud (Kades Longos) telah terbukti bersalah dan harus mempertanggungjawankan perbuatannya dengan ancaman tidak sengaja melakukan ancaman tindakan kekerasan melalui media eletronik dilakukan secara pribadi.
Sehingga, Terdakwah dalam tuntutan jaksa, bersalah melakukan tindakan pidana pengancaman sesuai undang undang pidana pengancaman melalui media eletronik tahun 2019 dan tentang perubahan undang undang tahun 2011 uu tahun 2018 yang disampaikan penuntut umum, penjara selama empat bulan.
Kuasa Hukum terdakwah (Kades Longos) Hawiyah Karim mengatakan, keberatan dan akan melakukan pembelaan memberikan fakta dipersidangan sebaik mungkin, sesuai dengan keyakinannya terdakwah tidak seperti yang dilaporkan oleh Leo.
“Kami akan menyampaikan nota pembelaan secara tertulis baik dari terdakwah maupun dari kami sebagai kuasa hukum,” ungkapnya.

Leo Dominus Parinusa, selaku pelapor, merasa keberatan dengan tuntutan hanya 4 bulan saja. “Saya merasa keberatan,” ucapnya.
Leo menegaskan, seharusnya tuntutan dari Jaksa itu harus maksimal dan hakim menjatuhkan putusan sekurang kurangnya 2 per tiga dari tuntutan terlapor 4 tahun menjadi 2,5 tahun penjara.
“Kami bingung kok seperti itu pembacaan tuntutan jaksa, saya akan melakukan konsultasi dengan Komisi kejaksan,” tutupnya.
