SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Perkembangan kasus dugaan penistaan dan penghinaan Oknum kepala desa (Kades) Gunung Kembar, Kecamatan Manding, sampai pada proses penyelidikan dan pengambilan keterangan.
“Masih dalam proses penyelidikan, pengambilan keterangan,” kata Kasubag Humas Polres Sumenep, AKP. Widiarti, kamis, (30/7/2020), dalam Whatsap nya.
Sebelumnya, Kepala Desa Gunung Kembar, berinisial S dilaporkan kepada Polres Sumenep, atas dugaan penistaan dan penghinaan.
Laporan tersebut disampaikan oleh pria yang diketahui bernama Moh. Ridhawi wartawan media Cakrabuana, warga Desa Kacongan, Kecamatan Kota Sumenep, dengan nomor TBL-B/LP-B/161/VII/RES.1.24./2020/RESKRIM/SPKT Polres Sumenep tertanggal 23 Juli 2020.
Sesuai hasil Berita Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP) dalam surat tanda bukti lapor yang ditandatangani oleh Bripka Arief Miftana bagian SPKT Polres Sumenep menerangkan, peristiwa tindakan melawan hukum itu terjadi pada Selasa, 14 Juli 2020 sekira pukul 17.00 Wib.
Saat itu pelapor bersama tiga temannya mendatangi rumah oknum kades dimaksud dengan tujuan silaturrahmi dan menanyakan mengenai pekerjaan proyek pembangunan tembok penahan tebing (TPT).
Namun, kedatangan pelapor membuat oknum Kades geram. Bahkan sempat melontarkan perkataan yang tidak pantas diucapkan oleh pejabat negara. Salah satunya mengatakan “Ayo apa perlunya, ditebas kepalanya kamu”. Salain itu terlapor juga menyuruh pulang dengan nada kasar. “Pulang pulang, ajing ibumu”.
Perkataan tersebut oleh pelapor tidak dibalas dengan perkataan, melainkan dibalas dengan laporan Polisi pada 23 Juli 2020. Karena tindakan pelapor dianggap telah melanggar hukum sebagaimana dalam pasal 335 ayat (1) ke 2 dan pasal 310 ayat (1) KUH Pidana.
