Sidang perdana kasus dugaan pencurian ayam di Desa Kaduara Timur, Kecamatan, Pragaan, di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Sumenep, Madura Jawa Timur, terlapor kabur saat sidang mau dimulai. Senin, (29/6/2020)
Pelaku inisial RHW, seorang Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) guru pengajar SDN Kadur 2, Kecamatan Kadur, Kabupaten Pamekasan kabur saat akan menjalani sudang di PN.
Menurut saksi mata, Sarkasi, yang juga mendampingi pelapor menyampaikan, terlapor datang didampingi anggota Polsek Prenduan, Kecamatan Prgaan.
Namun, RHW terlapor kelihatan bingun dan gelisah saat sidang mau dimulai pada jam 1 siang.
“Pelaku kelihatan kebingungan saat sidang mau dimulai, mereka datang didampingi anggota polsek Prenduan,” katanya.
Selang beberapa waktu sidang mau dimulai, jelas Sarkasi, terlapor RHW tambah bingung mundar mandir berjalan menuju pintu gerbang Kantor PN.
“Tiba tiba datang mobil Strem warna biru, terlapor sudah tidak kelihatan lagi, sehingga, semua yang mau mengikuti sidang mencarinya dan sudah tidak ada lagi,” terangnya.
Sementara, Kapolsek Prenduan, Iptu A. Supriyadi, SH, mengatakan, akan berupaya semaksimal mungkin untuk mencari pelaku yang saat mau sudang kabur.
“Kami akan berupaya semaksimal mungkin supaya besok sidang bisa dikanjutkan kembali,” janjinya.
Sebelumnya, pelaku RHW seorang guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) warga Dusun Bian, Desa Kaduara Barat, Kecamatan Larangan, Kabupaten Pamekasan dilaporkan ke polsek prenduan, diduga melakukan tindak pidana pencurian ayam milik Subaidi (50) warga Dusun Pesisir, Desa Kaduara Timur, Kecamatan Pragaan, Sumenep.
