Mereka dilantik Bupati, KH. A. Busyro Karim di pandepa agung, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, senin, (30/12/2019) kemarin.
Keinginan Subenang, tetap berkomitmen melanjutkan, meningkatkan pembangunan dari segala bidang. Baik fisik dan non fisik.
“Sesuai visi dan misi saya, tentunya harus didukung masyarakat bekerja sama untuk membangun desa,” ungkapnya.
Anang menjelaskan, menghaturkan banyak terimakasih kepada masyarakat Desa Bumbungan, yang masih mempercayainya memimpin desa.
“Tanpa masyarakat, kami tidak akan jadi kades, jadi kepercayaan ini dan amanah tetap dijaga, terimakasih kepada warga,” ungkapnya.
Selain itu, kata Anang, mari membangun desa bersama sama, kegotong royongan dibangun, agar keharmonisan antar warga tetap terjalin. “Itu kunci utama untuk desa aman sejuk dan sejahtera,” pungkasnya.

Dalam sambutannya, Bupati mengucapkan selamat dan sukses atas dilantiknya kepala desa. Semoga dapat menjalankan tugas dengan baik. “Jadikan jabatan sebagai amanah dan memberikan barokah bukan laknat kepada kepala desa,” katanya di hadapan ratusan kades terpilih.
Selain itu, orang nomor satu di lingkungan pemkab Sumenep ini mengungkapkan, pihaknya meminta kades untuk berpikir positif dan memberikan tindakan positif pula. Sehingga, yang dihasilkan bisa positif pula. “Harus selalu memberikan tindakan positif, agar hasilnya baik,” ungkapnya.
Bupati juga mengungkapkan, kades terpilih juga harus mengakomodir kepentingan masyarakat. Sebab, tidak ada lagi warga yang pro dan kontra. “Mendukung atau tidak mendukung semuanya harus satu. Jadi, semuanya adalah rakyat desa. Ini harus menjadi perhatian,” tuturnya.
Keberadaan masyarakat, menurut suami Nur Fitriyana ini, harus dijadikan energi untuk memajukan desa. Sehingga, saat ini yang lebih penting adalah memajukan desa secara bersama. “Miliki visi dan orientasi yang jelas. Agar tujuannya bisa tercapai. Setiap tahun harus ada capaian yang dilakukan hingga di tahun ke enam,” tutupnya.
