SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Pimpinan DPRD Sumenep definitif resmi dilantik di ruang Paripurna, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur Senin (23/9/2019). Pimpinan ini dilantik oleh Ketua Pengadilan Negeri (PN) setempat. Pelantikan didasarkan pada Surat Keputusan (SK) Gubernur Jatim Khofifah Indar Parawansa.
Sebelum pelantikan digelar, dilakukan pembacaan SK Gubernur oleh Sekretaris DPRD Ec.Sustono. Kemudian, dilanjutkan pengambilan sumpah. Kegiatan ini berlangsung cukup khidmat. Pelantikan yang dikemas dalam sidang paripurna yang dipimpin Ketua Sementara Abd. Hamid Ali Munir dihadiri wabup Achmad Fauzi, Forpimda, dan Pimpinan OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah).
Sesuai SK Gubernur Jatim, pimpinan DPRD itu terdiri dari Abd Hamid Ali Munir sebagai Ketua, Indra Wahyudi, Ahmad Salim, Faisal Muhlis masing-masing sebagai Wakil ketua.
Ketua DPRD Sumenep Abd. Hamid Ali Munir menjelaskan, kerja dewan harus lebih produktif lagi dari sebelumnya. Sudah bukan saatnya lagi berbicara tentang perbedaan, tapi saatnya bicara soal kebersamaan. “Mari kita rajut kebersamaan bukan lagi perbedaan,” ucapnya.
Politisi PKB ini menekankan bahwa saatnya memperkuat fungsi DPRD, yakni sebagai pembuat undang-undang (legislasi), pengawasan (controling) dan penganggaran (budgetting). “Sementara eksekutif sebagai penyelenggara, maka harus bermitra. Maka karena mitra juga bisa dikritik dan dicarikan solusi bagi pembangunan Sumenep,” ujarnya.
Selain itu, Hamid Ali Munir menuturkan, saat ini yang dibutuhkan dalam bekerja adalah lompatan-lompatan untuk kemajuan Sumenep. Makanya, jangan terjebat pada regulasi kaku, ruwet dan rumit. “Tapi yang dibutuhkan, mempermudah rakyat dalam mencapai cita-citanya. Makanya, harus terus berinovasi,” tukasnya.
Sementar wabup Achmad Fauzi dalam sambutannya mengucapkan selamat kepada pimpinan dewan yang sudah dilantik. Semoga bisa menjalankan tugas dan amanah. “Bekerja untuk kepentingan masyarakat, dan menyusun anggaran yang berkualitas untuk kesejahteraan rakyat,” tuturnya. (Red)
