Penanganan Kasus Proyek Gedung Dinkes Sumenep Tak Jelas, Pegawai Gelisah

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) -Gedung Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, sudah tidak aman dengan kondisi bangunan banyak yang pecah.

Kantor berlantai dua itu, sebagian pegawai selalu dihantui dan mengkhawatirkan takut gedung tersebut ambruk dengan kondisi bangunan tidak kokoh lagi.

“Sebetulnya kami disini merasa tidak aman, apalangi saat ini ada pekerjaan proyek dengan alat berat getarannya sangat terasa,” kata salah satu pegawai dinkes nama minta dirahasikan.

Akibat kekhawatirannya, kata dia, melihat gedung bangunan banyak yang retak, dan kelihatan sudah tidak kokoh. “Ini padahal bangunan bisa dibilang baru. Yang jelas kena getaran sedikit sudah gelisah kami disini,” ungkapnya.

Sebelumnya, proyek pembangunan Dinas Kesehatan dibangun pada tahun 2014 lalu, namun pekerjaan tersebut dilaporkan sebab diduga tidak sesuai spesifikasi.

Kasus tersebut sudah bergulir sejak tahun 2014 lalu, namun hingga tahun 2019 ini belum ada kejelasan. Bahkan pihak Polres Sumenep yang menangani perkara itu mengaku masih menunggu hasil audit kerugian negara dari Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP).

Sehingga, Jaringan Mahasiswa dan Pemuda Sumenep (Jampes) menyayangkan lambannya penanganan kasus dugaan Korupsi Pembangunan Kantor Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur.

Fadlillah, Ketua Jampes mengaku dalam waktu dekat akan kembali mempertanyakan kelanjutan kasus tersebut ke Polres Sumenep.

“Kami saat ini masih melakukan kajian dan pengumpulan data bersama teman-teman. Kami berencana dalam waktu dekat akan kembali ke Polres mempertanyakan kelanjutan kasus tersebut,” katanya. Jum’at (13/09/2019).

Bahkan, jika Polres nanti masih tetap berasalan menunggu hasil audit dari BPKP, pihaknya akan mengambil langkah lanjutan dengan mempertanyakan ke BPKP Surabaya.

“Jika nanti kami tetap mendapatkan alasan soal audit BPKP, kami nanti akan datangi ke BPKP untuk mempertanyakan apa kendalanya kok lama sekali hasil audit tersebut keluar,” tambahnya.

Sebelumnya pada Rabu (28/08/2019), mahasiswa dari Jampes mendatangi Mapolres Sumenep mempertanyakan perkembangan kasus dugaan Korupsi Pembangunan Kantor Dinkes. Kepada mahasiswa petugas mengaku masih menunggu hasil audit dari BPKP untuk menetapkan tersangka.

Terpisah, Kasatreskrim Polres Sumenep, Tego S Marwoto, mengaku terbebani dengan tak kunjung selesainya kasus itu.

“Kita sebenarnya kalau bisa lebih cepat lebih baik, karena itu menjadi beban kita sejak lama. Saya masuk ke sini sudah sidik, harus segara ada kepastiannya,” terangnya.

Untuk calon tersangkanya, Tego mengaku sudah mengantongi namanya yakni mengarah pada satu orang dengan inisial “I”.

Kasus dugaan Korupsi Pembangunan Kantor Dinkes Sumenep dilaporkan ke Polda Jawa Timur pada tahun 2014 karena dalam proses pembangunan dengan nilai kontrak Rp 4.162.900.000, diduga ada penyimpangan.

Pada 2015 Polda Jawa Timur melimpahkan penanganan kasus tersebut ke Mapolres Sumenep. Peralihan penanganan perkara tersebut berdasarkan surat yang dikeluarkan oleh Kepala Kepolisian Daerah Polda Provinsi Jawa Timur nomor B/7712/VII/2015/Ditreskrimsus tertangal 27 Juli 2015 tentang pelimpahan pengaduan mayarakat.

Kemudian Tahun 2016 lalu Polres telah menerbitkan surat perintah tugas penyidikan nomor SP-Gas/104/VII/2016 Satreskrim tertanggal 25 Juli 2016. Hingga tahun 2019 ini, kasus tersebut terkesan jalan ditempat karena tak kunjung ada penetapan tersangka.
