Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN) tindak pudana korupsi (Tipikor) Surabaya, memvonis dua terdakwa 1 tahun penjara, terkait Kasus korupsi renovasi Pasar Pragaan, Kecamatan Pragaan, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur,
Dua terdakwa tersebut, yakni Baburrahman selaku rekanan proyek senilai Rp2.456.456.000, dan Koko Andriyanto selaku konsultan pengawas juga diwajibkan untuk membayar denda sebesar Rp50 juta subsider dengan kurungan satu tahun penjara.
Vonis itu disampaikan Majelis Hakim Tipikor Surabaya dalam persidangan dengan agenda putusan pada Kamis, 25 April 2019 pekan lalu.
“Terdakwa Baburrahman dijatuhkan vonis satu tahun, dan satu tahun untuk terdakwa Koko Andriyanto,” kata Herpin Hadad, Jaksa Penuntut Umum, Kejari Sumenep, Selasa,
Vonis yang dijatuhkan majelis hakim pada dua terdakwa lebih ringan dari pada tuntutan jaksa. Jaksa Penuntut Umum menuntut dua terdakwa 1,6 bulan.
Menurut Herpin, hal yang memberatkan pada dua terdakwa karena tidak mendukung program pemerintah dalam rangka pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi.
Sementara yang meringankan kedua terdakwa karena kooperatif dalam persidangan, menjadi tulang punggung keluarga dan telah mengembalikan kerugian negara sebesar Rp676.857.499,53.
Setelah putusan dibacakan, dua terdakwa mengaku menerima dan tidak akan mengajukan banding atas putusan tersebut.
“Atas vonis majelis hakim, terdakwa menerima. Sedangkan penuntut umum masih pikir-pikir selama tujuh hari,” ungkapnya.
Untuk diketahui, pekerjaan fisik proyek Pasar Pragaan bersumber dari Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) tahun anggaran 2014 pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kabupaten Sumenep dengan nilai kontrak Rp 2.456.456.000.
Dalam praktiknya pekerjaan fisik tersebut tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis, volume dan RAB yang tercantum dalam kontrak, sehingga menyebabkan kerugian negara hingga Rp 676.857.499,53.
