SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Satu warga binaan yang kabur pada (4 /2/ 2019) lalu dari Rumah Tahanan (Rutan) Klas IIB Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur sampai saat ini belum berhasil diamankan.
Satu warga binaan yang belum berhasil diamankan atas nama Matrawi (37). Pria asal Kecamatan Batuputih itu terlibat kasus tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT).
“Masih dicari, belum (ditangkap),” kata Kepala Rutan Klas IIB Sumenep Beni Hidayat, saat dikonfirmasi media ini, Senin, (8/4/2019).
Menurut Beni, belum diamankannya itu karena diduga ada yang sengaja melindungi. Namun, pihaknya tidak menyebutkan orang yang berada dibalik pria tersebut, sehingga terkesan persembunyiannya lebih tidak bisa terendus petugas. “Iyo, kayaknya ada yang melindungi,” ungkapnya.
Kendati begitu Beni memastikan jika Matrawi masih berada di wilayah Kabupaten Sumenep. “Pantauan semenatara masih di Sumenep, kadang muncul kadang enggak. Terus kami cari, yang jelad kami pasti tanggungjawab,” tegasnya.
Sebelumnya terdapat tiga warga binaan Rutan Klas II B Sumenep melarikan diri pada Senin, 4 Februari 2019 pagi. Ketiganya diantaranya Matrawi (37), tahanan KDRT, warga Batuputih, Hasan Basri (28), kasus narkoba, warga Kecamatan Batang-batang dan Riyanto (16), kasus pencurian, warga Kecamatan Batu Putih. Namun, Hasan Basri dan Riyanto berhasil diamankan, saat ini dikembalikan ke Rutan Klas IIB Sumenep. (Asm/Hen/Red)
