Menjelang Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) salah satu Panitia Pemungutan Suara (PPS) di Desa Kecamatan Giligenting, Kabupaten Sumenep, diduga tidak netral.
Informasi yang diterima media ini, dugaan salah seorang PPS tersebut melakukan ajakan di media sosial Facebook dengan tulisan ‘Salam 2 jari, yang mu gabung dg salam 2 jari silahkan chat me di 083…..(nomor telpon disamarkan)’.
Sementara, pada saat dilakukan pengecekan ulang ke akun yang diketahui atas nama Ahmadi Yanto itu, postingan tersebut tiba-tiba telah dihapus. Namun bukti tangkapan layar sudah beredar dibeberapa grup WhatsAp.
Ahmadi Yanto, pemilik akun sekaligus tercatat sebagai PPS di Desa Bunbaru, mengaku postingan tersebut tanpa disengaja. Ia beralibi, postingan tersebut dilakukan oleh isterinya untuk menjual salah satu produk melalui jejering media sosial.
“Itu tidak benar, itu isteri saya promosi salah satu produk melalui Facebook. Itu simbolnya memang dua jari. Jadi bukan saya,” katanya, melalui sambungan telpon.
Ia juga mengaku telah menghapus postingan tersebut karena ada beberapa orang telah menelponnya dan meminta agar dihapus.
“Yang menghapus isteri saya, karena yang posting memang isteri saya,” terangnya.
Komisioner Bawaslu Sumenep, Imam Syafi’i, Mengatakan, seorang PPS yang seharusnya netralitasnya harga mati, malah terlilit dengan postingan yang mengarah pada dukungan salah seorang calon dalam Pemilu 2019.
“Yang jelas kalau ini memang benar-benar terbukti ajakan ke calon, maka ini masuk pelanggaran kode etik,” katanya.
Menurutnya, seorang penyelenggara Pemilu seharusnya bersikap netral dalam menjalankan amanah negara ini. Selain itu, pelanggaran semisal seorang penyelenggara Pemilu ada keberpihakan kepada peserta Pemilu, maka akan ditindak sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.
“Setiap penyelenggara pasti sudah tau terkait peraturan itu, lebih-lebih Undang-undang yang melekat di DKPP (Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu). Kalau sudah terbukti melanggar, maka bisa masuk ke ranah hukum,” terangnya.
Imam berpesan kepada para penyelenggara Pemilu, seperti petugas PPK dan PPS agar bekerja sesuai dengan tugas, pokok dan fungsinya. Menilik PPK dan PPS merupakan bagian terpenting dalam proses Pemilu 2019. (Asm/Red)
