SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Menjelang tutup tahun anggaran 2018, serapan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Pemerintah Kabupaten, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur baru mencapai 46 persen dari total APBD 2018.
“Ini yang menjadi tugas kita semua, masak hingga November serapan anggaran masih 46 koma sekian persen,” kata Bupati Sumenep A Busyro Karim pada media usai acara rotasi jabatan di Pendopo Agung Sumenep, Senin, 19 November 2018.
Bupati dua periode itu menyampaikan salah satu minimnya serapan disebabkan karena banyaknya rekanan yang belum mengajukan pencairan. Sementara pekerjaan fisik rata-rata sudah dikerjakan semua.
Dengan begitu, hingga tutup anggaran dia optimis serapan APBD diatas 70 persen. “Uang masih banyak di Kasda dan siap kapan saja dikucurkan, buat apa uang ngendap di Kasda. Kami harap waktu yang mampet ini dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Karena per 15 Desember sudah tutup APBD, sehingga tidak boleh lagi ada pengeluaran APBD,” tegasnya.
Mestinya kata Busyro, OPD mengevaluasi semua perencanaan kegiatan pada November. Karena APBD sudah disahkan pada Oktober l, baik APBD tahun 2018 maupun APBD tahun 2019.
“Sehingga Januari kegiatan bisa dimulai, terkecuali untuk program yang sifatnya masih menunggu waktu, seperti program yang dibiayai melalui DAK dan kondisi cuaca,” ungkap mantan Ketua DPRD Sumenep dua Periode itu. (Red)
