SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Para pemandu tamu Forum Silaturrahmi Keraton Nusantara (FSKN) yang menggelar Festival Keraton dan Masyarakat Adat se-Asia Tenggara (FKMA) ke V tahun 2018 di Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur mengeluhkan honor yang diterima.
Mereka hanya mendapatkan honor yang dinilai kurang manusiawi, yakni sebesar Rp250.000 (Dua ratus lima puluh ribu rupiah).
“Kami kerja lima hari siang dan malam dari tanggal 27 sampai tanggal 31, hanya dikasik honor 250ribu, teman-teman pemandu Raja-raja atau LO pada mengeluh semua karena sangat tidak wajar,” ujar salah seorang Tourist Guide, Miskali, Rabu (31/10/2018) malam,yang dilansir Portal Madura.com.
Ia yang tercatat sebagai anggota DPD HPI Jatim dengan tanda pengenal sebagai pramuwisata muda (profesional) mengaku bekerja tidak hanya siang hari.
Bahkan, demi memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada para Raja-raja se-Nusantara dan tamu lainnya harus lembur hingga larut malam.
“Ada hampir 100-an anak yang menjadi pemandu, baik dari siswa SMA atau mahasiswa. Ya, termasuk saya sebagai pemandu profesional,” katanya.
Pihaknya sudah sejak hari pertama kerja bertanya pada panitia tentang besaran honor, namun pihak panitia tidak ada yg menjelaskan dan terkesan menghindar.
“Ketika kami pas ngambil honor ke Kantor Dinas Pariwisata. Ternyata hanya segitu. Ya, honor itu diberikan di Kantor Dinas Pariwisata,” jelasnya.
Nilai honor tersebut jauh dari harapan dan sangat tidak layak. “Ini tidak untuk membandingkan, hanya sharing, saya membantu di even Kemilau Madura di Pamekasan, semalam dua hari. Honor saya 400ribu. Belum transpot saya diganti sebesar 200 ribu. Jadi, totalnya 600 ribu, selama semalam dua hari,” urainya.
Hingga Rabu malam, soal kecilnya honor pada even FKMA yang diselenggarakan FSKN berkat kerjasama dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep itu masih hangat diperbincangkan. “Anak-anak LO pada ribut terkait hal ini,” ujar Ali sapaan akrab Miskali.
Sementara, Kabag Humas Pemkab Sumenep, Abdul Kadir berusaha menjelaskan meski sangat singkat. “Itu tanggung jawab EO mas, tapi leading sektornya Disparbudpora,” terangnya via WhatsApp.
