“Saya sudah lama mengajar di sekolah ini bahkan sudah sekitar 15 tahun menjadi guru GTT di sini, dan saya selalu mendapat perlakuan yang tidak menyenangkan bagi saya. ancaman untuk mengeluarkan saya dari sekolah ini akibat saya sering protes kepada kepala sekolah,” ucap ibu fitria
Selain itu dirinya mendapatkan WA diancam akan berkas tidak ditandatangi kalau dirinya tidak hadir ke acara makan bersama pas selesai sewaktu acara JJS, dan dibilang bahwa guru GTT mata duitan. Dan dirinya merasa sakit hati karna tidak hadir ikut makan bersama disalah satu rumah makan.
” Saya melihat dengan kepala mata saya sendiri beliau sering berduaan dengan salah satu ibu guru Agama setiap kali saya di kantor baik di luar kantor bahkan ketika mau nyuci mobil beliau pergi berdua dengan ibu itu, apakah hal itu tidak menimbulkan fitnah apalagi berduaan di dalam mobil,” pungkasnya.
Lebih lanjut ibu Fitria membeberkan, bahkan di group Whatsap SDN Larangan Luar 3 ada seorang Oknum Kepala Sekolah yang mengirim video porno, apakah hal ini dikatakan seorang kepala sekolah.Pas itu pihaknya mengatahui ketika dalam keadaan tidak mengajar kebetulan saya lagi memasak di kantin sehat dan melihat di group WA ada kiriman video porno.
“Saya kaget ketika melihat video itu ternyata isinya porno dan saya ada buktinya, masak iya beliau beralasan hpnya mati dan kepencet dengan kontak mobilnya, apakah logis mungkin saja salah kirim dan saya masak dipimpin oleh kepala sekolah yang tidak bermoral.
Kepala sekolah Akhmad Hidayat kepada wartawan mengatakan, persoalan itu sebenarnya bukan pengancaman.
”Karena pada waktu itu ada sebagian guru GTT yang tidak masuk beberapa hari dan saya kirim surat teguran dan apakah itu yang di bilang pengancaman. Dan terkait kedekatan saya dengan salah satu guru itu seperti apa? Dan masalah hp kebetulan hp saya ini kan layar sentuh, dan kebetulan ada kontak mobil, dan saya keburu pada waktu itu, dan akhirnya itu terposting ke group SDN larangan Luar 3, dan itu bukan gambar saya , dan itu sudah saya kumpulkan teman-teman saya memberikan penjelasan, dan saya meminta maa’f karena itu bukan unsur kesengajaan,” Ucapnya.
