PAMEKASAN, (TransMadura.com) – Kepala Desa (Kades) Candi Burung, Kecamatan Proppo, Pamekasan, Madura, Jawa Timur Fauzan, harus meratapi nasibnya dijeruji besi .
Pemimpin Desa ini, divonis bersalah oleh Pengadilan Tipikor Surabaya dalam kasus penyelewengan bantuan beras untuk keluarga miskin (raskin). Kades muda itu diganjar hukuman 3,5 tahun penjara, selasa 20/03/2018.
Kasipidsus Kejari Pamekasan Eka Hermawan mengatakan, sidang kasus penyelewengan Raskin itu tuntas Senin (5/3). Majelis hakim menilai, Fauzan melanggar pasal 3 UU 31/1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Kades yang sempat bersitegang dengan perangkat desanya itu diganjar hukuman penjara.
Dia mendapat ganjaran tiga tahun enam bulan kurungan dan denda Rp 50 juta subsider 3 bulan. ”Pemerataan bantuan raskin melanggar aturan,” katanya
Eka mengatakan, putusan majelis hakim PN Tipikor Surabaya memutuskan kedua belah pihak. Terbukti, pihak kejaksaan dan terpidana tidak mengajukan banding. Dengan demikian, kasus tersebut memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap (inkracht).
Penyimpangan bantuan raskin yang dilakukan Fauzan terjadi pada Januari-April 2016. Akibat tindakan itu mengakibatkan kerugian negara Rp 106.795.500. Kerugian negara itu berdasarkan hasil audit inspektorat yang dikeluarkan pada 25 Juli 2017.
Kasus tersebut bermula dari operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) Satreskrim Polres Pamekasan 2016. Polisi menggerebek rumah salah satu perangkat Desa Candi Burung dan mengamankan ratusan karung beras raskin.
Meski demikian, Eka memastikan tidak ada kemungkinan tersangka baru. Sebab, berdasarkan fakta persidangan, kasus tersebut murni pemerataan yang dilakukan Fauzan selaku pemegang kebijakan di desa.
Eka juga memastikan, pasca Fauzan ditetapkan bersalah, tidak ada pengembangan penyelidikan. Kasus tersebut untuk sementara dianggap tuntas.
