SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com)  – Dandim 0827/Sumenep Letkol Inf Yoyok Wahyudi, S.I.P.,M.Han bersama Forkopimda mendampingi Menteri kelautan dan Perikanan RI Sakti Wahyu Trenggono beserta rombongan melakukan kunjungan ke pulau Giliyang Kecamatan Dungkek, Kabupaten Sumenep. Rabu (3/7/2024).

Kunjungan ini bersamaan dengan Hari Kelautan Nasional (HKN) tahun 2024.

Pada kesempatan itu, Menteri Kelautan dan perikanan berkesempatan meninjau titik 0 oksigen. Setelah itu, jalan kaki bergerak menuju Pelabuhan Ban Raas untuk berdialog dengan para nelayan.

Dandim 0827/Sumenep Letkol Inf Yoyok Wahyudi mengatakan kunjungan menteri kelautan untuk mengetahui kondisi sambil menikmati wisata oksigen pulau Giliyang, sekaligus berdialog dengan para nelayan.

“Salah satu agendanya yaitu berkunjungan ke titik 0 oksigen, selain itu berdiskusi dengan para nelayan mengenai kesejahteraan mereka,” tuturnya saat di konfirmasi.

Dalam diaolognya bersama para nelayan juga membahas terkait rencana pembangunan infrastruktur seperti dermaga untuk kebutuhan masyarakat setempat.

Selain itu, berencana membangun tempat pengasapan ikan untuk menghasilkan daya jual yang tinggi, dengan harapan para nelayan bisa tersenyum dan bahagia, serta memanfaatkan potensi alam yang sangat kaya.

Di akhir kegiatan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan RI Ir. Sakti Wahyu Trenggono juga memberikan bingkisan berupa sembako sebanyak 100 paket kepada masyarakat di Pulau Giliyang.
