SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) -Pelayanan RSUDMA (Rumah Sakit dr. H. Moh. Anwar) Kabupaten Sumenep, Jawa Timur semakin baik.

Terbukti, suasana terlihat di poli terpadu semakin ramai pengunjung, kualitas RSUDMA milik plat merah ini semakin memuaskan.

Salah satu pasien yang berkunjung menyatakan, ramainya RSUDMA Sumenep ini, beralasan karena banyak masyarakat menilai kualitas pelayanan dari pihak rumah sakit yang memuaskan.

“Saya telah menjalani perawatan di Rumah sakit ini, menyajikan pelayanan yang sangat baik,” kata Junaidi pasien asal Kecamatan Kota.

Dirinya juga menyampaikan, keramahan para tenaga kesehatan menjadi poin utama dari pelayanan yang memberikan kenyamanan terhadap pasien saat melakukan pemeriksaan.

“Yang ramah tidak hanya resepsionis, tapi juga dokternya. Ini bagi saya penting, sehingga pasien itu merasa nyaman saat diperiksa,” ungkapnya.

Bupati Sumenep, Achmad Fauzi Wongsujudo mengapresiasi terhadap pelayanan RSUDMA yang lebih baik.

Sehingga, kedepan Bupati berharap lebih ditingkatkan utamanya bagi tenaga kesehatan dalam pelayanan memeriksa pasien membuat kenyamanan dan tenang.

“Menghadapi pasien harus murah senyum tidak muka judes, pasien pasti nyaman,” ungkapnya.

Kordinator Poli RSUDMA, Sumenep, Ach. Fauzi mengatakan semakin hari para pengunjung semakin ramai.

Hal ini, membuktikan bahwa kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Rumah sakit tersebut semakin tinggi.

“Ya semakin hari, pengunjung semakin ramai, pelayanan kami semakin di pacu lebih baik lagi,” ujarnya.

Direktur RSUD dr. Moh. Anwar Sumenep dr. Erliyati mengatakan pihaknya berusaha untuk mendengar semua keluhan dan menerima saran, baik dari para pasien maupun masyarakat umum.

Hal itu, menurutnya bagian dari upaya RSUD dr Moh Anwar Sumenep untuk terus meningkatkan pelayanan di rumah sakit, demi kenyamanan para pasien.

“Semua keluhan dan saran dari pasien dan masyarakat, apapun itu selalu kami dengarkan untuk kemudian dicarikan solusi cepat dan tepat,” ucapnya.

Ia menambahkan salah satu realisasi nyata dari saran-saran tersebut adalah peningkatan layanan farmasi di rumah sakit.
