SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – LBH (Lembaga Bantuan Hukum) “Achmad Madani Putra” dan Rekan Rekan Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, menggelar syukuran di Mushalla Al-Inaba Kebonagung. Kamis, (21/12/2023).
Kegiatan tersebut, rasa bentuk syukur Pasca Rakernas LBH Madani Putra, dan memberikan santunan kepada sejumlah anak yatim yang dihadiri berbagai elemen, yakni Forpimka, Kepala Desa Kebonagung, tokoh agama, pemuda dan pelaku media di kabupaten Sumenep.
Ketua LBH Madani Putra dan Rekan Rekan, H. Kamarullah, SH, MH. menyampaikan terimakasih kepada teman teman yang hadir yang telah memberikan sumbangsih dan saran kepada lembaga LBH Madani Putra.
Sebab, Lembaga hukum ini, mempunyai peran besar dalam menegakkan pilar satu bangsa dari pada penegak hukum dan fungsi advokasi pembelaan, nasehat nasehat di dalam pengadilan juga di luar pengadilan.
“Kami tetap konsisten yang menjadi undang undang ketentuan advokasi dalam rangka memberikan sumbangsih jasa hukum bagi masyarakat yang ekonominya tidak mampu,” ungkapnya.
Pihaknya menyatakan sengaja mendatangkan dari Rutan klas 2B Sumenep, rekan media, yang menjadi salah satu pilar demokrasi, advokasi pemerintah, penegak hukum dan tokoh masyarakat. “Mengundang media pentingnya untuk menginformasikan secara luas,” ujar Kama.
Dengan demikian, LBH Madani Putra akan memberikan pelayanan jasa bantuan hukum dan mengawal secara totalitas tanpa menerima jasa apapun untuk masyarakat tidak mampu yang membutuhkan jasa layanan bantuan hukum.
“kita pastikan kalau memang dari keluarga tidak mampu, bisa dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan tidak mampu, akan dilayani secara totalitas,” tutupnya.
