SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Kodim 0827/Sumenep melaksanakan lari aerobik rutin setiap Selasa dan Kamis pagi guna meningkatkan ketahanan fisik para prajurit dan PNSnya.
Sesuai prosedur pelaksanaan kegiatan aerobik terlebih dahulu dilaksanakan pemeriksaan denyut nadi untuk memastikan pada pelaksanaan Aerobik tidak terjadi hal yang tidak diinginkan dan berjalan sesuai rencana.
Diawali senam pagi, seluruh Prajurit dan PNS antusias mengikuti gerakan instruktur dari salah satu anggota yang memimpin senam.
Dandim 0827/Sumenep Letkol Czi Donny Pramudya Mahardi mengatakan aerobik itu dilaksanakan secara teratur dan terprogram setiap Selasa dan Kamis.
“Mereka sangat menikmati aerobik itu dan begitu bersemangat melaksanakannya maka tubuh akan selalu sehat begitu pula fisik akan terjaga dan terbina serta terhindar dari segala penyakit,” ujarnya. Selasa (14/11/2023).
Ia mengatakan, pembinaan fisik dan jasmani prajurit dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan untuk membentuk fisik dan jasmani yang profesional dan proporsional guna mendukung tugas pokok prajurit.
“Melalui olahraga bersama, kita bisa memperkuat rasa kebersamaan dan kekompakan kita,” jelasnya.
Pelaksanaan lari mengitari seputaran kota Sumenep sejauh 3 KM sambil bernyanyi sesuai khas TNI.
Usai melaksanakan lari pagi dilanjutkan kegiatan pelemasan dan menikmati ekstrapuding yang disiapkan kesatuan.
