SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Dandim 0827/Sumenep Letkol Czi Donny Pramudya Mahardi, S.E.,M.Si. hadiri kegiatan pencanangan gerakan masyarakat Pemasangan tanda batas (GEMAPATAS) secara daring dan luring bersama menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) Dr. Hadi Cahyanto.
Kegiatan berlangsung di balai desa Pasongsongan, Kecamatan Pasongsongan, Kabupaten Sumenep. Jum’at (3/2/2023).
Tujuan GEMAPATAS di antaranya untuk menggerakkan dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam memasang tanda batas pada tanah yang dimilikinya. Dan juga sebagai upaya mengakselerasi program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL).
Patok batas bidang tanah tersebut nantinya akan dipasang oleh masing-masing pemilik tanah dengan persetujuan pemilik tanah yang berbatasan.
Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) Dr. Hadi Cahyanto mengatakan pihaknya di beri tugas oleh Presiden untuk mempercepat PTSL dengan cara pemasangan patok secara serentak.
“Keuntungannya bagi masyarakat dalam mensertifikat tanahnya yaitu, mempunyai kepastian hukum, apabila ada investor sertifikatnya bisa di sekolahkan, dan apabila ada mafia tanah maka tidak bisa lagi karena sudah disertifikat,” ucapnya secara daring.
Pihaknya menurutkan bahwa ada 126 juta bidang tanah di seluruh indonesia yang di sertifikat kan.
“Kita akan sertifikatkan dan kalau sudah tersertifikat maka tidak ada yg namanya mafia tanah,” ungkap Menteri ATR/BPN.
Sementara itu, Dandim 0827/Sumenep Letkol Czi Donny Pramudya Mahardi, S.E.,M.Si. saat memberi sambutan menyampaikan mengapa menteri agraria dan tata ruang itu dari TNI, itu artinya harus ada ketegasan dalam menangani mafia tanah.
Gerakan ini serentak dilakukan di seluruh Indonesia dan sudah di launching hari ini. Kementerian ATR/BPN pun telah mensosialisasikan gerakan tersebut hingga ke tingkat pedesaan.
“Kami disini juga untuk mengawal program ini, jadi niat baik pemerintah ini kita manfaatkan untuk melegalkan tanah kita dan program ini adalah sebuah kepastian hukum,” ujarnya.
