Prestasi yang raih tersebut diterima langsung Bupati Sumenep, Achmad Fauzi di halaman Kantor Gubernur Jatim, Jalan Pahlawan 110 Surabaya pada momen hari jadi Provinsi Jawa Timur ke 77 pada Rabu (12/10/2022)
Pemprov Jawa timur memberikan apresiasi, sehingga kabupaten ujung timur pulau Madura itu berhasil menyertifikat tanah ribuan pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM).
Penghargaan itu diberikan langsung oleh Gubernur Jawa Timur Khofifah Indar Parawansa kepada Bupati Achmad Fauzi.
Data yang tercatat, SHAT Mandiri Lintas Sektor UKM Terbanyak itu yakni 1.431 sertifikat selama 2021.
“Kami mewujudkan program SHAT sebanyak-banyaknya targetnya bukan untuk mendapatkan penghargaan, namun sejatinya sebagai langkah nyata demi meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan membangun ekonomi kerakyatan melalui UMKM,” kata Bupati.
Dengan begitu, lanjut suami Nia Kurnia ini, para pelaku UMKM yang telah menyertifikat tanahnya selain memiliki status hukum atas tanah miliknya, juga bermanfaat dalam upaya membantu pengembangan usahanya sebagai sarana menambah aset modal usaha.
Sebab, sertifikat itu bisa dijadikan agunan dalam mendapatkan fasilitasi permodalan melalui perbankan.
“Pelaku UMKM menggunakan sertifikat tanah sebagai jaminan ke perbankan untuk meminjam modal usaha guna membantu dalam menjalankan usaha, bukan kepentingan lainnya,” tuturnya.
Karena itulah, Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep merealisasikan program SHAT sebaik-baiknya, sehingga setiap tahun senantiasa mengusulkan penyertifikatan tanah UMKM setiap tahun.
“Yang jelas, Pemerintah Daerah berupaya memberikan dukungan peningkatan status hukum atas tanah bagi UMKM, sebagai penyediaan jaminan modal guna mengembangkan usahanya,” tutupnya.
