SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Kepala Desa / Kecamatan Sapeken, Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa timur, melakukan klarifikasi terkait dugaan pemukulan terhadap penarik odong odong.
Pasalnya, pengakuan yang menjadi laporan polisi itu bahwa kepala desa yang telah memukul itu semua tidak benar alias bohong.
Hak itu disampaikan kepala desa Sapeken, Joni Junaidi, bahwa ingin meluruskan dalam pemberitaan terkait dirinya dituduh memukul warganya itu semua tidak benar.
“Kami menyayangkan warganya mengambil jalur hukum, kami ingin klarifikasi terkait dalam pemberitaan pengakuan dari warganya bernama W itu tidak benar,” katanya saat melakukan konferensi pers. Kamis (19/5/2022).
Dirinya menceritakan kronologis peristiwa tersebut, saat pemerintah desa membuat kebijakan surat edaran (SE) untuk menghormati dan meningkatkan nilai ibadah pada waktu waktu tertentu untuk menghentikan aktivitasnya.
“Pemerintah desa sebenarnya ingin membangun desa dari segala sektor termasuk dibidang keagamaan, tapi ditentang oleh salah satu warga,” ungkapnya.
Menurutnya, saat itu ada salah satu warga tetap menentang kebijakan imbauan tetap menarik odong odong saat waktu sholat magrib.
Sehingga, dilakukan peringatan dengan peneguran oleh Kadus (Rabani), namun jawabannya W(inisial) justru mengejutkan,
“Saya tidak mau tau dengan aturan tersebut,” ucap kades seperti yang di sampaikan W (inisial) kepada Kadus Rabani,” tuturnya.
Akhirnya, Joni yang juga sebagai AKD Kecamatan Sapeken ini, menyuruh Kadus Dayat untuk memanggil W, sebab masih ada hubungan keluarga mengajak ke pendopo agar menyadari dengan aturan itu.
“Namun saat itu saya bicara dengan salah satu warga yang juga ada di Pendopo, justru W langsung nimbrung pembicaraan kami dan sempat berdebat dengan saya. Saya coba samperin, justru saya kenal pukul pada pelipis mata kiri,” ujarnya.
Sehingga, dirinya dengan tegas hal ini tidak berkepanjangan, bagaimanapun W ini adalah warganya untuk mengakhiri dan mencabut laporan tersebut.
“Saya bukan tidak bisa melaporkan balik terkait pencemaran nama baik, tapi kami sadar kami sebagai orang tua masyarakat harus bijak mengambil langkah langkah yang sekiranya lebih bijak,” ujar Joni.
Namun, apabila W tetap ngotot, pihaknya akan melaporkan balik terkait dengan memberikan keterangan palsu. “Saya yang dipukul kok Satgasus yang dilaporkan, aneh kan?,” Jelas kades.
Joni Junaidi berharap bagi yang menyebarkan video kejadian agar mengirim secara utuh (Jangan sepotong-sepotong) biar jelas kejadian sebenarnya. “Bagi yang menyebar video kami beri kesempatan untuk mengirim secara utuh jangan sepotong, agar tau yang sebenarnya,” tukasnya.
Kapolsek Sapeken, IPTU Datun Subagyo, saat dikonfirmasi media ini membenarkan informasi tersebut jika saat ini pihaknya masih melakukan pemanggilan terhadap beberapa pihak untuk dimintai keterangan dalam kasus tersebut,
“Saat ini masih Proses Mas. Kita masih melakukan pemanggilan terhadap beberapa pihak untuk dimintai keterangan terkait kasus tersebut,” terang Kapolsek Sapeken melalui telepon WhatsAppnya, pada Jum’at, (20/5/2022).
“Nantinya, akan kami coba mediasi dulu sebagai langkah Restorative Justice kedua belah pihak. Namun, apabila tidak menemukan titik terangnya tetap akan kami proses.” tutupnya.
Sementara pemerintah desa Sapeken mengeluarkan imbauan kepada warga untuk menghentikan aktivitasnya Taksi laut, Odong-odong dan lainnya saat jelang sholat Maghrib. Seperti jelang sholat Maghrib dibatasi setengah jam sebelum pelaksanaan, termasuk saat pelaksanaan Sholat Jum’at.
