Proyek anggaran Dana Desa (DD) lapangan futsal Desa/Kecamatan Talango, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, disoal. Pasalnya, realisasi penggunaan dana tahun anggaran 2021 tersebut, diduga disalah gunakan.
Faktanya, pekerjaan Lapangan Futsal dengan nilai anggaran sebesar Rp 450 juta itu hingga detik ini pekerjaan masih 50 persen.
“Kami dari awal sudah ada temuan dan ketidaksesuaian terkait pekerjaan lapangan futsal Desa Talango,” kata Ketua DPD Laskar Anti Korupsi Indonesia (LAKI) Jatim, Bagus Junaidi kepada media ini.
Dirinya mengaku, pekerjaan dengan anggaran 450 juta tersebut, sejak bulan Mei 2021 harusnyan sudah dikerjakan dan sudah selesai. Namun baru dikerjakan awal desember. “Hingga kini pekerjaaan baru 50 persen,” ujar Bagus.
Menurutnya, dalam kurun waktu 7 bulan itu, pihaknya menduga kuat adanya pengendapan uang anggaran dan dipakai pihak lain. “Sangat aneh jika pekerjaan sampai saat ini masih 50 persen,” ungkapnya.
Pria asal Kebunan ini, saat ini mengungkapkan pada tanggal 15 Desember 2021 kemarin sisa dana desa yang tidak terserap sudah dikembalikan. Namun saat ini pekerjaan masih berlangsung.
“Pekerjaan masih 50 persen. Tapi serapan anggaran sudah terserap kurang lebih Rp 396 juta.
“ini yang muncul kecurigaan, sedangkan sekarang sudah tutup anggaran pekerjaan masih berlangsung,” jelasnya.
Sementara, Pj Kades Talango, Arif mengatakan, bahwa pekerjaan proyek lapangan Futsal desa Talango dianggarkan tahun 2021 Dana Desa sebesar Rp 450juta.
Sedangkan pekerjaan itu diusulkan oleh Kepala Desa, Adnan yang saat itu sebelum berakhir masa jabatannya.
“Anggaran pekerjaan lapangan Futsal diusulkan Kades Adnan, jadi kami hanya melanjutkan,” ujar Arif.
Arif yang saat ini pindah ke Kecamatan Dungkek mengaku,
anggaran dan RAB itu sudah ada, hanya saja, pihaknya memulai pekerjaan sejak dirinya menjabat Pj.
Pada pencairan pertama, menurutnya tidak memahami mekanisme pekerjaan proyek. Maka meminta bantuan kepada seseorang rekanan untuk membantu dalam pengerjaan tersebut.
“Tapi sebelum dikerjakan rekanan itu mengundurkan diri dari tanggungjawab dan dilimpahkan lagi ke orang lain,” ngakunya.
Namun, setelah dirinya dimutasi ke ke Kecamatan Dungkek, pada tanggal 1 November, dirinya menyatakan telah menyerahkan semua itu kepada TPK kecamatan dari semua tehnis dan lainnya.
“Pekerjaan itu kami serahkan ke TPK kecamatan karena saya sudah pindah ke dungkek,” tutupnya.
