Dukungan pemerintah kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, dalam membangkitkan ekonomi, investor masuk ke Sumenep ada syarat untuk dipermudah perizinan.
Hal itu disampaikan Bupati Sumenep Achmad Fauzi, berjanji bagi kontraktor kontrak kerja sama (K3S) yang akan melakukan kegiatan di wilayah kota Unjung timur pulau Madura akan mempermudah perizinan.
“Kami akan mempermudah investor termasuk KKKS masuk di Sumenep, tapi ada syaratnya,” kata Achmad Fauzi, Bupati Sumenep saat menjadi keynote speaker dalam acara Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang dilaksanakan oleh Asosiasi Media Online Sumenep (AMOS), Selasa, (02/11/2021) di Hotel Asmi.
Menurut Fauzi, terdapat tiga item yang harus diperhatikan oleh semua KKKS yang beroperasi di Sumenep, yakni melakukan rekrutmen tenaga lokal, melakukan kerjasama dengan vendor lokal dan membeli bahan lokal.
kata dia, pemerintah telah menetapkan aturan untuk pekerjaan yang nilainya dibawah Rp10 miliar harus dikerjakan oleh vendor lokal. “Ini agar tidak terjadi monopoli,” jelasnya.
Sehingga, lanjut politisi PDI Perjuangan ini, Terdapat dua perusahaan di daerah yang bisa digandeng untuk mengerjakan proyek yang berkaitan dengan hulu migas, bisa menjalin kerjasama dengan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) atau perusahaan swasta yang memiliki standarisasi sesuai dengan ketentuan dan perundang-undangan.
Apabila tidak ada perusahaan yang kompeten, maka itu menjadi salah satu tanggungjawab KKKS dan SKK Migas untuk melakukan pembinaan.
“Keterlibatan dan pemberdayaan investor lokal diaktifkan hingga kontribusi tenaga kerja lokal. Sehingga bisa mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi,” jelasnya.
Dia mencontohkan dampak keberadaan KKKS di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur mampu merekrut sekitar 18 ribu tenaga kerja lokal dan melibatkan sebanyak 460 kontraktor lokal. Selain itu juga mampu menyumbangkan sekitar Rp2,5 triliun untuk pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) pertahun.
“Masak untuk urusan suplai air bersih harus melibatkan perusahaan di Jakarta, di daerah juga ada PDAM (perusahaan daerah air minum), jika PDM tidak mampu kan bisa melibatkan perusahaan swasta dan airnya ngambil di PDAM,” sindir dia.
Asosiasi Media Online Sumenep (AMOS) menggelar Focus Group Discussion (FGD) tentang Peran Industri Hulu Migas Dalam Pembangunan Daerah, Selasa (2/11/2021). Kegiatan ini dibuka langsung oleh Pembina AMOS Hairul Anwar.
Hadir sebagai pemateri pada acara yang digelar di Ballroom Azmi Hotel, Humas SKK Migas Perwakilan Jabanusa Indra, Mantan Anggota DPRD Provinsi Jawa Timur H. Malik Effendi, Ketua Komisi I DPRD Kabupaten Sumenep Darul Hasyim Fath.
